  I lost my wallet in one of the theaters, luckily I had a tracker in the wallet with a qr code so people could contact me and leave a message if lost. "Found your wallet in the theater in obsession movie." was the message they gave, and it was pinging its last location at the theater, so assuming they turned it into staff, like any normal person would do, I went back multiple times next few days too see if it was turned in, no luck each time, staff and management were incredibly helpful communicating every step of the way. Turns out the customer who scanned it, then proceeded to take it home and throw it away after I never contacted them, even though they never made any more attempts to get it back to me or contact me (i had now way of contacting them whatsoever), luckily it finally pinged at their house(1 day before garbage day) allowing me to go to their neighborhood knock on a few doors and eventually find it in there garbage. This theater also has some of the most comfy seats around. Shoutout to all the amazing staff who helped me every way they could 10/10 would recommend

  Seats are not comfortable and they have limited food options. The seat isles are cramped and for the price you expect luxury recliner like the on in Monterey and Salinas. Plus those theaters have more food options and bigger drink options. I wasn't impressed with XD screen it's not as big as I thought.

  Didn't have the best experience here, but the service was great. Will be happy to return in the future and hopefully have a better experience. I do think the screen quality is better than the Monterey location.

  First time experience. Clean, decent theater. Does not offer refills on some products, concession line is VERY slow, understaffed. Salinas location is so much better.
