  Cultural center with exhibits on the 2nd floor and library (quite hidden) on the 5th floor. They gave us parking validation ($3 for 4 hours, more than the typical 2) for free without any purchase.

  It's a beautiful Japanese cultural center located inside the big shopping center. There are two separate locations. On the 2nd floor, you'll find an exhibition room with rolling subjects. We saw an exposition on Japanese cuisine when we went, looking for pokemon inspired sculptures. We learned a lot about "rice and fish" inspired Washoku culinary style. We also shopped from the souvenir shop here. The 2nd location is a library on the 5th floor. Finding it is a bit of a an experience as it is located at the other extreme of the building from the elevator/escalators. This place is a small library with a choice of Japanese literature and smooth music. The library is adjoined with an activities room that seems to host public events on select dates. It was all worth the stop.

  Library located on the 5th floor is Must See. Exhibitions are generally interesting. Staff members are wonderful. There is a small gift shop and interestingly enough, a travel counter.

  Exhibit area is fine and welcoming, but the library was extremely disappointing and rude. Waste of space with not many books and staff that don't want you to be there.
