    I've enjoyed iPic since its opening in Westwood. Gone on dates with my wife when we were dating. Now we go there with my 11 year old son. Enjoy the food the service, the location is just great. It's a shame to hear it is closing now. None of it is their fault but of course Hollywood 's making terrible movies for 10 years now. My family and I will miss the iPic.

    This is a very nice theater that’s easy to overlook. The seats were comfortable and you can be served food while you watch your movie. The staff were great. Parking is easy next door in a paid parking structure.

    Have you ever been stuck in an elevator? Well, apparently that’s the bonus experience you get at iPic. What was supposed to be a beautiful day, watching a movie, having drinks, enjoying good food. Ended with us trapped inside an elevator for 23 minutes until the fire department came to rescue us. The worst part? This happened in the parking structure next door that iPic uses for their customers, yet it clearly doesn’t seem properly maintained or inspected to safely serve their loyal clients. And after the rescue… what then? Are we just supposed to ignore the panic and trauma caused by something like this? Who takes responsibility for that? The rental building? iPic? Or us, for continuing to support a place that seems not to care enough about its customers’ safety?

    I was very disappointed by my recent experience at IPIC Westwood. After the movie, I briefly needed somewhere to sit while waiting for my family due to mobility limitations related to Multiple Sclerosis. The first-floor lobby had no seating at all, despite the theater branding itself as a luxury, comfort-focused experience. I politely asked if I could sit for a few minutes in the empty restaurant seating area, which was completely unused at the time, and was repeatedly told no due to “policy.” While I understand policies exist, I was surprised that no reasonable accommodation or alternative seating was offered for a disabled patron who was simply waiting for family. What upset me most was not just the lack of accessibility-minded accommodations, but the dismissive attitude I encountered from several employees and the difficulty I had even obtaining the manager’s name. For a theater that emphasizes comfort and premium service, I expected far more compassion, professionalism, and awareness regarding accessibility needs.
