Thank you to the manager who went above and beyond today. I had purchased tickets for my mother to take my kids to the movies today. I made the error of selecting the wrong location. The manager not only transferred our location and food order to this location. Boy did he save the day, and all while being gracious at the same time. Thank you young man! Love to keep the dollars on our neighborhood.

I have been bringing my niece here for awhile. She is currently 16 (im 25) and has lived with me for the past year and a half after her mother passed away. We visited today because she wanted to see the movie obsession. When we arrived, I ran into an issue with a staff member. I explained our family situation and noted that security has always understood and let us through in the past. Instead of handling this professionally, she became immediately passive-aggressive. Things took a bizarre turn when she dragged us into an absurd debate, telling me, "If you had her at 10 years old, that’s impossible." When I clarified that she isn't my biological daughter but noted that early childhood pregnancies sadly do happen, she doubled down and claimed they all die because she "wrote a paper on it." 😭 The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and random. Being lectured with inaccurate information by an employee citing a "paper they wrote" was ridiculous especially given my own academic background in sociology and early childhood development ( completely unrelated but still valid). Definitely will not be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this theater. I was denied entry because I didn’t have a physical ID, even though I was accompanied by two adults/guardians who were there to supervise me. According to the theater’s own policy, I should have been allowed in with adult guardians present. The employee at the entrance refused to let us in anyway, which was frustrating and felt like the rules were being applied incorrectly. We wasted time making the trip, only to be turned away despite following the stated policy. I hope management provides better training so employees understand and consistently enforce the theater’s own rules. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to come back.

Horrible experience. This happened around 7:30 p.m. today. The woman at the front refused to let us into the theater because my younger brother didn't have an ID, even though my sister and I both showed valid IDs proving we were over 18 and were accompanying him. We explained that we were his older siblings and responsible for him, but she still refused to let us in. The policy was applied in a way that didn't make sense for our situation, and the whole interaction was frustrating and disappointing.

Came here for the first time to watch Obsession last night and was very excited initially. We came to a late show (11pm) and first impression wise the environment was extremely dirty. Popcorn all over the floor in the concession waiting area and hallways leading to the theater rooms. Little to no condiments restocked in the napkin and utensil area, and overall a huge lack of care to maintain the cleanliness and welcoming environment of the theater. The vibes were not very friendly or welcoming, the employees were more focused on having their own conversation rather than scanning our tickets to enter the theater. The worst part was that when we sat for our movie there was a group of guys that were constantly talking during the movie, we were seated at the very front where the theater speakers were able to hit you loudly by the way, and I could STILL hear them talking during the movie. I am pretty sure the loudest one was drunk. I shushed them and they were annoyed because I asked them to be quiet, but its a movie theater setting. This is why movie theater culture is dying, people do not understand movie theater etiquette and that if you come to the movie you need to be quiet and respectful during the movie. It needs to be reinforced with movie ushers monitoring the theater and making sure people aren’t behaving problematically.
