  I wasn’t expecting to enjoy Nigel’s as much as I did. What impressed me most wasn’t the food (which was very good) or the fun atmosphere, it was the service. You can tell when a restaurant has great leadership because every single person you meet seems genuinely happy to be there. Manager Bobby has clearly built an outstanding team. From the moment Kharissa welcomed us with a smile, to our wonderful server Stephanie, who made great recommendations and made my friend Vanessa feel truly celebrated on her birthday, everyone made us feel like guests instead of customers. Jake happily answered my questions about my delicious Grand Ahi Tuna Salad, Azat captured some fantastic photos that we were happy to purchase, and Jordan quietly kept everything spotless without ever missing a beat. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuine. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with fun photo spots throughout, and it made for a memorable afternoon. Ironically, I was actually resistant to coming here. I’m really glad I was talked into it because Nigel’s completely won me over. If I could make one suggestion, I’d love to see a great aged ribeye, a thick filet mignon, or another fresh fish option added to the menu. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Jed

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars What an incredible experience! This beautiful pink-themed restaurant is truly one of a kind. The décor is elegant, stylish, and perfect for taking amazing photos. The views are absolutely breathtaking and create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire visit. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with every dish full of flavor. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re looking for a unique restaurant with fantastic food, outstanding service, and unforgettable views, this is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended!

  I can definitely say my first impression was not a good one. Our original waitress came to our table without greeting us or introducing herself. She immediately asked for our drink order, never told us her name, and then left us waiting without much communication. We also had two kids with us, but no one mentioned that there was a kids' menu. At that point, I was honestly ready to walk out. Thankfully, the experience completely turned around thanks to the manager, Bobby, and our new server, Julian. They both provided outstanding customer service, made us feel welcome, and completely changed the atmosphere of our visit. Their professionalism and attentiveness made all the difference. Because of Bobby and Julian, we'll definitely be back. Thank you both for turning what started as a disappointing experience into a great one.

  I dined at Nigel’s this past Friday afternoon. We were greeted by a very lovely host, and then taken to our table. From there, the experience went downhill. We were greeted by our server, Dennis, who was overly talkative and  condescending. I’m pretty sure I recognized him from a different restaurant in Long Beach that I won’t name. The last time I went there, they told me he had been fired, so I was shocked to see him at a nice place like this. He pulled the victim card multiple times telling us he was the only one working, so service might be slower. When I got up to use the restroom, I saw there were other workers in the establishment, and thought it was an odd thing to say to us. I’m giving three stars, as the establishment and food were 5, but the service was a one, averaging a 3. I’m sure it won’t be long before he’s fired from this place too with the way he speaks to guests, so I’ll wait a little bit before I go back in. I do want to give Nigel’s another chance, as the food and vibe were spot on.
