Our waiter, Jared, was absolutely amazing! He was very personable, gave feedback on his own experience with meals and life in general! Best waiter I’ve ever had in my life. I’m 35 years old! Exceptional!

We rented one of the party rooms for my sons 12th birthday and our hostess Sam A. Was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Very attentive, helpful and fast with service and all with a smile and friendly demeanor. Thanks to Chuy for following up at the end to make the party a memorable experience for our son. 10/10 will recommend the venue and staff!!

We went to Dave and Busters for our granddaughter's 11th birthday party. The food was fairly good for a place that specializes in children's birthday parties, and they had some really great arcade games. We rented a private room and it was very nice, and the service was excellent. We had a dedicated waitress and she did an amazing job. The private room also had a hugh TV, which the men liked because they were able to watch football. I would definitely recommend Dave and Busters for a child's birthday party.

I like Dave and busters because the games are fun. However, the prizes “cost” a ridiculous number of tickets. It’s a massive rip off and very off-putting. I’m surprised there aren’t more small prizes like more candy options and little toys for kids. I even hit a jackpot bonus on a game and it really didn’t make a dent. Also, several of the games malfunctioned and essentially “stole” my money off my card for those times that I tapped the card and it didn’t work, just like when you used to buy something from a vending machine and the candy bar got stuck before it fell down. It wasn’t just one or two machines. It was at least 7 or 8 or more. A machine also magically malfunctioned when I was very close to winning a bonus (4 cards in the Willy wonka coin pusher machine). So that was disappointing again. I still had fun, it just really stinks when stuff like that happens & you blew $65 on games to wind up with a lollipop and a rubber mold of a charging station (no charger in it btw, it’s just a rubber mold). Like most other things nowadays, the cost has just gotten out of control, and it will keep me from returning for a long time. I didn’t go to watch football, but the restaurant/bar section was packed with football fans.
