  It was Expensive, Stupid and silly You pay just for a few silly games. Food is ridiculously over priced why not spend money on red lobster Don't waste your money or time

  Growing up in the Bay Area my family and have been to Boomers a few times but a lot more during the summer of 2026. During our visits we had the pleasure of being greeted by a new employee named Taylor. Taylor has always remained calm and professional especially during the busiest hours and days of business. Taylors happy, pleasant and helpful demeanor is very welcoming.

  For those who are new to boomer and think this place has got a decent rating, don’t be fooled. They used to have season passes for about the same as current daily price before covid and that’s how many old 5 star ratings are based on. They cancelled our season passes without refund during covid time and I still had over 100 on arcade credits that were not used. Shame on them! It’s so overpriced now. It used to be our favorite place to go with family and friends. I bet true rating after covid is terrible and I would give it a 2 max

  I’d give this place 0 stars if possible. Such A terrible experience for such a nostalgic place boomers has changed so much for the worst. Reasons why you shouldn’t go to boomers. customer service was non-existent My child and I went to get prizes The employee at the counter got upset that there equipment was malfunctioning. He was extremely impatient then started aggressively/frustratedly tossing prizes at us instead of handing prizes to kids. if you don’t like your job, then just quit. You don’t have to be rude to children. Games were mostly broken our ticket count was defective and miscalculated from the beginning. When we spoke to the employee about the games being broken, which is about five times each time, there was a different excuse to why the machine was down or malfunctioned. Totally felt like he was giving me some BS rather than saying he didn’t know. The manager, Andre is not much better at all. I Can’t believe these, people work with the public they all need to be retrained or at least a lesson in proper customer Service for the amount of times we had to deal with the staff you would think Andre would just rectify the situation in the first place. If you’re reading this and you’ve made it this far, please trust me do not go to boomers Livermore. It is a terrible experience. You’re gonna be so mad you wasted your money trust this review.
