- BEBank Employee4 days ago2.0Not only do they reinforce rules that no other theater has, the seats in every theater are cheap and overly used, and instead of improving the theater they have upwards of 6 different security guards. Go to the one in Palmdale because this one and all its staff are rude, bumbling and obnoxious.
- KKkayla4 days ago5.0Had an issue with some obnoxious kids talking in the theater while watching Other Mommy on 10/09/26, the manager Nathan came in and straightened these kids out and even kicked them out which made the movie so much more enjoyable afterwards. Fantastic service!
- TTTinaOct 6, 20265.0Love this theater! I have so many wonderful memories leading back to my childhood. Personally, I’ve never really had problems here. Maybe a handful in the span of 20+ years. I wish the popcorn were less salty but I know most love it. Only thing I’d really complain about is the prices. Too expensive so I can’t go as often as I’d want to but that’s everywhere now.

This was my second time calling for to ask about an item I might have lost there but I can even speak to them because they put me on hold or don’t pick up. I literally once called all day and they didn’t pick. I don’t like this theater the Palmdale one is nicer and at less pick up the phone. Don’t know who’s running this team but obviously it’s horrible management and employees.
- JKJeff KeithSep 25, 20265.0Had a great time seeing Avengers Endgame on the big screen again! Will be back in December for Doomsday! A nice young man named Nathan helped me out while we were there last night (I'm handicapped). I really appreciate him. I feel bad for how much they have to clean up. People were so loud during the movie and made a huge mess. The staff has to work extra hard to clean up what guest should simply put in the trash themselves.
