  Just talked to my aunt about an employee up there my question is why is Myra still working there I stopped going there because of that exact same lady I see corporate just let racial slurs and discrimination go unpunished smh Myra is rude and disrespectful

  Yall need to get rid of Myra I was outside buying tickets with my son and heard her talking to another lady with her daughter really disrespectful the lady only asked for another manager and she had the lady removed I feel bad for the young lady especially considering I’ve had a problem with this same manager

  Went today to take my god daughter I go at least once a week with no problems today just the opposite first I’m waiting over 30 mins just to get pizza and popcorn ok fine it happens then the young lady gets my order wrong I corrected her like 5 times then she still got my order wrong next another young lady comes to help she was doing just fine when the assistant manager MYRA came over with the nastiest attitude I asked her if o could just pay the difference to correct the order because returning h it would mean waiting 3 days after I was just charged almost $50 she still did it when I asked her not to and then proceeded to mock me and became verbally disrespectful told me she wasn’t going to allow me to buy my 3 year old god daughter any food our snacks I asked for a manager she said nobody is over her when her badge said otherwise then I went to get a refund on the tickets young man very polite asked for a manager and please not her and here comes Myra again being sarcastic telling me I can’t talk to him because he’s her staff refused to give me corporate number and told security to remove me because I asked to speak to a higher up when I say I’m beyond disgusted especially with the racial slur I heard at the end when she thought I didn’t hear her mumble it under her breathe yea definitely calling corporate

  Theater seats were comfortable. Prices are great compared to other locations. Food options were also great we had the 9" pizza for $12 and loaded bacon cheese fries for $12 the portions were good we also got a medium size drink which was more like a large 😅 If you do get the large option it has free refills but we were okay with a medium size. They also have a small arcade.

  Asked for a refund on my tickets and the box office told me to call 1800 cinemark. Its all AI, it repeats the same thing over and over again then tells me it was going to transfer me to a representative, stays quiet, repeats the introduction monolog then hangs up?? Im so fed up of the back and forth. I just want my refund! Why can't people just answer the phone and issue refunds right then and there? Why is it always call this number to deflect an issue onto some robot that can't comprehend anything? So im out 55$ because a robot can't do a human job? Ridiculous. ALSO, went to watch the new toy story5 movie, how is it okay to have people waiting in line for AN HOUR to get popcorn? If the shift manager knows its a Saturday with new movies being released why have only 3 concession stand workers there? The line took so long my husband waited literally an hour for popcorn! He missed the majority of the movie and I dont even wanna ask for a raincheck on that because ill just be directed to call "poppy" some AI trash! They should've never gotten rid of Movies 12, that was the best theater out here instead of this mass produced AMC junk
