  Good prices, fun theater rooms, even the standard ones are nice. The way concessions are separated is great (cafeteria style). Clean environment.

  This theater is clean with comfortable seats. Which is about the only positive about the movie going experience these days. The box office is no longer staffed so if you don't pre purchase your tickets you must buy them at the concession counter. Snacks are extremely overpriced. At least you can get a refill only on the large soda and popcorn. The movie experience is definitely not worth the cost.

  My cousins and I purchased tickets online for the 1:15 PM showing of a movie. I am 19 years old, one cousin is 18, and the other is 17. After paying approximately $33 for our tickets and arriving at the theater, we were informed that my 17-year-old cousin could not enter without a parent present my frustration is not only with the policy itself, but with the fact that this requirement was not clearly communicated during the online purchasing process. From what I saw when purchasing the tickets, there was no clear notice stating that a 17-year-old would need their own parent or legal guardian present. If this information been clearly displayed, we would not have purchased the tickets or made the trip and wasted our time the movie theater at river is so much more polite and better than here! Great staff there. What made the situation worse was the interaction with the employee When I explained that I did not see this information online, I was repeatedly told, “It does say it there.” Rather than listening to my concern, it felt as though the employee was arguing with me about what I personally saw during checkout. I found this dismissive and unprofessional. While I did receive a refund, that is not the main issue. The refund does not make up for the wasted trip, the disappointment, or the way the situation was handled. Customers should be treated respectfully when raising concerns, and important age restrictions should be clearly displayed before tickets are purchased. I hope Cinemark will review both how these restrictions are communicated online and how customer concerns are handled by staff in the future.

  Went with my friends (17) and an adult to see the backrooms. Website had technical difficulties to where I could not purchase the “correct” tickets and was turned away to pay the $3 difference. No harm there lol. Asked the middle aged woman at the desk to let in my friends while I paid the difference, she agreed. She then immediately turned my friends away, thus completely defying what we agreed upon. I come back with the correct tickets and let the middle aged woman know that the people behind me, mind you the only ones who were in line, were with me and said adult. She then scans maybe two of the tickets before getting snapping with the remaining part of my group, despite being told that they were all with me. She claimed that she was only doing her job, yet she did not ID any one of us. Mildly upsetting and unprofessional.
