  What would you do if your child were on an amusement park ride, screaming that her seat belt wasn’t buckled—and the operator wasn’t stopping it? That happened to my 12-year-old daughter on the Flamethrower at Boomers. She had just finished riding and asked to go again. The attendant said yes, then started the ride without checking her seat belt. She immediately began screaming that she wasn’t buckled in. The operator showed no sense of urgency. I started yelling, “Please stop the ride! She’s not buckled in!” During the roughly two-minute ordeal, the only explanation I heard from him was, “I tried. I don’t know what to do.” I called across to other employees: “Do you know how to stop this ride? He doesn’t know how!” Another employee said he did—and casually walked over. Walked. While my daughter was screaming that she wasn’t secured. Where was the urgency? The ride continued through its entire cycle while she screamed. Once it stopped, I got her off and spoke with a manager, but I left without confidence that the seriousness of what happened had been addressed. How can parents trust a ride when the employees operating it appear unable to stop it in an emergency? This was one of the most frightening experiences I’ve had as a parent. Based on what we experienced, I would not bring my daughter back.

  It's a little confusing where to go pay at first. Great rides for kids of all ages. They have go carts for teens and small ones for younger kids. I do not recommend letting your kids use the baseball pitch area if they have have not played baseball before. The ball is shot at them at 70mph according to the sign. But if they know how play its fun. The outdoor drink/ food counter is open but no one is there. It's best to buy inside at their indoor restaurant. Overall great experience highly recommend you to bring your kids here. I will definitely bring them back again.

  It is so bad the base ball was at 70 mph and it hit me and my friend 2 times in the leg and he got a cast because of it

  One of the best places i've ever been. The staff are nice, because I won candy from a claw machine and it got stuck, but a staff helped me get the candy out of the claw machine. Also I hit a lot of jackpots and they also have good prizes.
