  The staff were rude and ill-mannered. They sold me a ticket for a movie that had already started—I had asked for the 11:45 PM showing. About 20 minutes into the film, they turned on the theater lights, and when I complained to the manager, he suspected I hadn't paid for a ticket to that specific movie. I was kicked out of the cinema with my girlfriend and two children. The manager and a security guard were very rude to my family. Their rudeness frightened my son; he has autism, didn't understand the situation, and started crying. It was only after I called the police—once we were already outside—that the manager offered four tickets to see a movie another day. The staff were incompetent and rude to two 6-year-old children. We were there to watch *Toy Story 5*.

  We recently visited this theater to see Toy Story, and my nephew accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal behind. We called multiple times the next day, hoping it had been turned in to lost and found. We were ultimately told that it could not be found and that items left behind are often thrown away. I understand theaters have to clean up after shows, but I was disappointed to hear that a child’s stuffed animal may have been discarded so quickly rather than held in lost and found. Items like stuffed animals are clearly personal belongings and often have significant sentimental value to children. The staff did check for the item, which I appreciate, but the possibility that a child’s cherished toy was thrown away within a day left us feeling that the theater’s lost-and-found process could be more family-friendly.

  I have been a loyal Cinemark Movie Club member for years, and I have never experienced the level of weaponized disrespect that I faced tonight from a theater manager named Seydi. While sitting on a bench actively trying to retrieve a verification code from my phone to access my digital Movie Club barcode and birthday coupon, Seydi marched over and aggressively harassed me. She repeatedly pressured me, created a hostile scene, and flatly told me she "couldn't babysit me" because I was taking too long to load my app. Her behavior was so toxic and out of line that her own frontline employees were visibly embarrassed, apologized to me on her behalf, and explicitly gave me her name to report her to corporate. Security and staff alike know she is a liability. Seydi lacks basic human decency and customer service ethics. This location is run by an absolute tyrant. Management needs a complete overhaul immediately.

  Our go to is the Cinemark Walnut Creek which, other than need new carpet, is decent and consistent with very friendly staff. But we sometimes go to Daly City when we are the City and we any to wait for afternoon bridge rush to die down. Te enter went and had either XD or IMAX I can't remember but the seats did not recline at all and it really caught us off card. They were too uncomfortable to even sit in. We were just going to go this week and about to buy my tickets when i remembered this problem. I don't k which auditorium had the bad seats
