1st time visiting Boomers and I was honestly very impressed. The entire place was super clean, all the arcade games were working, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The music volume was perfect — fun atmosphere without being overly loud. Also, the arcade ticket value was great compared to other places. Overall, a really fun experience for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The nicest staff hands down. We had a birthday flop for my daughters 11th and Andrew and the remainder of the staff saved the day! Thank you all so much!

We have a infant and a young child with us. Amy a "manager" suggested we buy a 2 hour pass which sure was the best deal. So I mention a 2 hour pass for one adult and another one for the child. One of the adults would need to stay with our infant so Amy suggested that we just switch back and forth. Perfect, now our entire family can enjoy as at no point could both adults ride the go karts since we have an infant. That's obvious to any person with a brain. Amy even went so far as to say if they give you any grief down at the go kart area to just have them call her. She kept pushing us to buy 2 two hour passes when we are aware our small child would only want to be a passenger. So we decided she would only need a passenger pass. We kept saying no to Amy's advances, and as soon as we said no Amy's entire demeanor changed. I'm assuming she gets some kind of commission the way her "kindness" so quickly changed to aloof and cold. So as Amy suggested, we went to the go kart area. We stood in line and when one adult went to scan the wristband while the other one waited with the baby, the go kart people gave us a confused look. Just call Amy! She is the manager and suggested this! Should be as easy as that, right? So they did. And Amy, to our disappointment, said she had no recollection of this. Wow. This was not even 5 minutes ago, Amy. What happened? So I go talk to Amy and she now backpedals and says this is never what she said and completely changes her story. What a completely rude and shallow thing to do. I will not let Amy's lack of comprehension or inability to communicate properly ruin our day. However this is completely unacceptable and inhospitable situation. I suggest you spend your money and time elsewhere. There are many better places than Boomers just a short drive to another city.

Little bit of nostalgia went there when I was a lot younger unfortunately doesn't seem like this place as well kept a few things could easily be fixed as in the rock wall in the front especially during summer the rocks get extremely hot made it difficult for the kids to climb most of the carpeting around the mini golf is ripped gokarts are always fun tho and the bumper boats are fun. Arcade was decent a fun short trip to takes the kids but definitely needs some TLC
