Asked politely for refund .....oooh no, that's when the many many reasons and excuses started. It was clear that this is an often repeated trick. Then started to blame us - we were being disrespectful for asking. No - you are completely disrespecting us for ripping us. Interesting tactic by them. It became clear it was a well rehearsed trick. Pure scam. Avoid. Oh - and the place is very dirty, like caked dirt that hasn't been touched for a long time. Hands sticky when touch food tables and other surfaces. Oh yes - several machines broken. And - very rude manager. AVOID.
