  I bought tickets to the show, and on top of that, the venue requires a two-drink minimum. The space is cramped and smells like a pub back alley. Comedians, your fans deserve better. The cheap venue price isn’t worth it. Please book somewhere else.

  Smells like feet. Overpriced drinks as expected. We didn’t have a server so it was a challenge to get help. Free parking garage across the street or $10 valet behind building.

  I love and support all of the improvs that I have been to However, this one has a terrible set up that leaves half of the audience not able to see the comedians. If you’re in the back half of the room, all you see are the heads in front of you because of the flat seating area. Other improv’s have tiered seating so you can see over the groups in front of you.The biggest disappointment was the staff would not allow us to sit in the empty booths along the back, stating we needed four people in our group and we only had three. This is after my husband and I both explained that our daughter and us could not see anything except the back of heads and we just needed to sit in the back booth because it was a couple feet higher, but they still refused because we needed one more person. I ended up just standing over by the booth so I could see the comedian. What a huge disappointment!

  I paid the second highest ticket price, hoping to sit up front for Phil Hanley tonight, and my seats are "General Admission." What's up with that? The ticket said it was purchased by someone else for only $12!

  Rating is "great" based on comedy (pulling most of the weight here) and staff. Love coming here for the comedy! They always have a great line up. I've been here a few times. As others mention, service can be hit or miss; sometimes great, sometimes OK, sometimes slow (forgetting orders), but I think that's because they are so busy. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The bar food and drinks are mid quality- below average for what I'd expect a venue of this caliber to offer at that price point, especially considering that you're paying a cover charge to see the comedian. Some menu items are better than others. I just expected better. If you go in knowing/accepting this, it's still a great time. On the plus side, it's "two item" minimum (as opposed to a "two drink minimum" like some other places) which gives you flexibility to order what you want (e.g., merch, dessert, etc). I definitely will be coming back! Oh and defnitely get there early if you want the best seats if you're general admission, it is first come first serve (which makes sense). Parking is free and easily available and walkable.
