I had a lovely experience at CUT Lounge inside the Beverly Wilshire. The atmosphere feels elegant, classy, and very Beverly Hills perfect for a relaxed drink, a quiet conversation, or a nice evening out. I had a martini made with Chopin vodka from Poland, and it was smooth, clean, and beautifully served. The service was attentive and professional, and the setting made the experience feel special without being overwhelming. Overall, CUT Lounge is a beautiful spot to enjoy a well-made cocktail, unwind, and take in the luxury hotel ambiance. Great service, refined atmosphere, and a beautiful location.

CUT Lounge offers a refined and enjoyable experience in a stylish and comfortable setting. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and every detail was handled with care. The food and drinks were excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and great flavor. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and relaxation, making it an ideal place for both casual meetings and special occasions. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend CUT Lounge to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and a memorable visit.

Called Cut 3 nights ago to get a reservation at to celebrate my fiancé’s 40th Birthday. We were told it was fully booked for Dec 10th but that we could go to your Bar as it has a full menu - we were guaranteed it wouldn’t be a problem. So we went all the way to Beverly Hills to be told there was a private event at Cut’s bar, which ruined the night. I then questioned why we weren’t told the Bar wouldn’t be available on that specific day and were told the Hotel Events department books events without previously informing the restaurant’s reservation department - very upsetting! Considering the size and prestige of the hotel, you’d think they would have a better communication system, but they don’t.
