Me and some friends made a trip to go up to bear valley to visit one of our friends since he doesn't have a mode of transportation to come down the hill to Fontana, and we decided to go up there and watch the backrooms with him in this theater. It was going smooth until an employee asked for our IDs, this was a problem because our friend doesn't have one but is over the age of 18 and keep in mind he has a whole beard, when we told her this she said that he cannot enter the theater without an ID, we asked if he could use a college ID and she said no. I just think it's ridiculous how he came all the way from Fontana to come up to this theater just to be denied entry. Shame to the female employee and the manager who couldn't let us go in. All because a literal grown adult couldn't enter without an ID.

I called a few days ago and spoke to Julia regarding a private screening for my family and I was very happy overall with how patient and kind she was over the phone 😄 Julia answered all the questions I had and I really do appreciate her help! 😊 When I call to ask a question the staff always sounds nice and helpful! Thank you again Julia and Emma as well! 😊

Be prepared to stay and watch a movie you don't want to watch. My daughter and her friend were really excited to watch an R rated movie. Her friend is 17 and she is 15. I let employees know that I gave my daughter permission to watch the movie, they said I had to go in with her because she didn't have her school ID. I bought a ticket and accompanied them into the theater. I wasn't interested in the movie, so I left to get something to eat. After the movie had already started, a manager disrupted the movie, went to my empty seat, then looked for my daughter and her friend and kicked them out. We were in different parts of the theater because they bought their tickets days before. There were two other parents that left at the same time that I did but their kids weren't kicked out, one of the parents didn't even buy a ticket. They were letting kids in with older cousins, they let a random woman say she was there for kids she clearly didn't know (she was also there with her kids), if my daughter's friend was 20 and she was under age they would let them in both stay, if she had a school ID that didn't say her age and said she was 17, they would have let her in without me but they would not allow me to personally give my kid permission to watch the movie, even after initially accompanying her in the theater. The staff was on a power trip to kick my kid out. (Her friend was allowed to stay if he wanted because he was 17 so it's not like the kids were being disruptive.)

Asst. Manager Anne was NOT making sense. Stopped Me and the other 7 people with me because we didn't "look of age". To go see "backrooms" My Girlfriend forgot her id so she stopped her from going to see it because she didnt have an Id. She did not id the people in front of us and they were going to see the same movie. I don't get her issue and she's the only person in 6 years I've ever had an issue with. We asked for her Manager's and she said he wasn't there. So Scott, we were informed you were the actual manager but by her words "he can't help you." Scott, whenever you can, fix your Asst. Manager's issue and she should pay us our gas money for making us drive 20 minutes home and back for an id on someone that looks older than 17 👎🏽
