  First we had our popcorn and soda delivered to our seat ...what a awsome service . Next the seats recline and are really comfortable. This has to be one of my favorite theaters. Even has a nice Italian restaurant next door

  Just had the worst movie experience. About half way through the movie the person in the row in front of me started scrolling their social media with a bright screen. I tried to ignore it but it was too bright and distracting. I asked the person to stop x2 but they ignored me. After complaining to staff, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to ask people to leave, and said they couldn’t help me…I left never to return. The person kept scrolling away with no cares or regard for other people, rules or doing the right thing. Another reason this industry is failing.

  It's been awhile sense I've been to a Cinemark theater, everyone was friendly. Alot has changed but easier to get around how they setup there service. You get the option to order food, snacks and drinks and before you reach the walk way to sit down to watch your movie 🎬 than you pay for everything including your food. I went around 3pm and I believe my tickets 🎟 cost $12 each 😆 way better than AMC

  ScreenX was so cool!! We’ve been here 3 times in the last year and I’m really disappointed in the food, the pretzel bites were terrible. It seems the popcorn and packaged candy ate the only things worth getting. The seats were really worn with tears around the buttons, luckily we got ones that weren’t too bad. The worst part was the person on their phone through most of the movie. I am not confrontational but I was debating on saying something to them. The phone was bright enough it lit up the row of seats behind them so I’m not sure how staff wouldn’t notice when they dropped orders off.

  We love the large recliners. Tuesdays are the best because of the discounts. Join the movie club! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
