I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a cast member working at Grizzly River Run in Disney California Adventure on June 3, 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM. The cast member was a blonde female who was directing guests onto the ride rafts. My family and I were shocked by her rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. My daughter, who has autism, was celebrating her birthday today. This was our final ride of the day, and unfortunately this cast member turned what should have been a happy memory into a very upsetting experience. We had already been told by another cast member that our party could sit together. However, when we approached the loading area, this cast member aggressively told us we could not sit together and spoke to us in a hostile manner. When we attempted to clarify the conflicting information we had received, she became even more rude. I also politely requested a different raft due to my daughter's auditory sensitivities and my knee injury. Rather than showing understanding or professionalism, she raised her voice at us and made us feel like we were causing a problem simply by asking for assistance. At no point were we disrespectful to her. Disney has always promoted itself as a place where every guest feels welcomed and accommodated. The behavior we experienced was the complete opposite of that standard. As a parent of a child with autism, I found her lack of compassion and professionalism particularly disappointing. I am requesting that Disney investigate this incident, identify the cast member involved, and take appropriate corrective action. Guests should never be treated in this manner, especially when disability-related concerns are involved. This interaction completely ruined the last ride of our day and left my daughter upset on her birthday. That is not the Disney experience we expected. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and any actions taken following your investigation.

this was so fun until guardians of the Galaxy. listen I’m not a hater. I love these type of things, I love to come spend family time and enjoy and eat food but when I buy a lighting lane ticket I expect to use it and not be denied. we have sat in line for almost 2 hours for this one ride. makes sense it gets busy but this is one of the big rides of course I want to use my lighting lane for it who wouldn’t ? well why I sat in line not even made it on the actual ride yet so many other uses THIER lighting lanes that THEY bought and got on in 20-30 minutes. I checked all day wanting to reserve THIS ride. Not once did it open, but for others it did? why would I spend extra money on this and not even get to use it for the one ride everyone wants to ride. DO BETTER DISNEYLAND! I am disappointed.

The mouse is hungry and it needs to feed on the souls and bank accounts even more since corporate fumbled all their IP and goodwill. Just read the positive reviews; all praise the ability to spend more money on Lightning Lanes as a way to have a good time. Further: My conversation with Guest Services after the average wait time for 06/02/2026 > 1.5 hours: “Did you buy the Lightning Lane?” No, standby. “Well, if you paid for LL, you’d probably have been able to ride more rides. LL has priority over standby for all attractions And that is set by corporate policy, friend. If you don’t like it you can talk to guest services.” Guest Services is a person who simply stares at you as your words are neither written down, input into a system, or referred to anyone and a pinky promise to “let management know”. Effectively, GS is a blank wall to insulate management from the poors. I am not your friend, buddy. For your food as you wait to wait in lines for your one ride for 150.00, is mostly churros and chicken fingers. Far better food in Disneyland.

Very disappointing experience. We paid extra for the Lightning Lane passes expecting a smoother and more enjoyable day, but it turned into a frustrating logistical nightmare. The reservation system is incredibly confusing. Even after paying for Lightning Lane, we still had to reserve rides individually, and many attractions could not be booked until hours later. As a result, we spent much of the day walking back and forth across the park, only to be turned away from rides because our reservation times were not yet available. Instead of enjoying attractions with our children, we felt like we were constantly managing a complicated scheduling app. What was particularly frustrating was the contrast between the ride system and the shopping experience. Every gift shop worked flawlessly, with stores and merchandise seemingly around every corner, while accessing the attractions we actually paid to experience involved endless hoops, restrictions, and delays. Disney has created an incredibly immersive environment, but the current ride reservation system feels designed more to maximize spending and crowd management than to provide a pleasant guest experience. For the amount of money families spend on admission and add-ons, the experience should be far simpler and more user-friendly.
