  I have been coming to the Tempe Majestic 7 theater for years now, and I have had a great experience every time I have come here to see movies. The most recent movie I saw was Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and I had an absolute blast watching it. When the theater first opened, I remember being warmly greeted by the staff, and I also like that you can purchase tickets online in advance. Being able to purchase tickets online in advance makes things a lot easier, as you can avoid waiting until the last minute and missing out on the best seats in the theater. One thing I really like about the theater is that their food is great. While it is a bit pricey, I really enjoy their food and their popcorn. Some of my favorite popcorn flavors are parmesan and herb, as well as white cheddar. I also like the theater's atmosphere, as it is nice and cool inside, which is perfect when you are looking to escape the intense summer heat. If anyone in Tempe is looking for a great movie theater with great popcorn, I highly recommend Tempe Majestic 7.

  After posting this review regarding poor customer service and theft they continue to remove my post. I will continue to repost. I went to the Majestic Theatre to see Spider-Man on 8-22-26 and unfortunately, what should have been a fun experience ended with a very disappointing situation. At the end of the show, we realized that the payment for the food we ordered had already included a tip that we did not authorize. We went to the front desk to ask about it, and we were reassured that the additional amount was simply a temporary holding fee. Later, we discovered that this was not the case. This happened to me and my daughter with separate orders. This is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, unacceptable customer service and theft. I’m very disappointed that this happened, especially because customers should be able to trust an establishment to handle their payment information and tips accurately and transparently. Sadly, if this is how customer cards and tips are being handled, I will not be returning.

  Great service very clean I love that they greet you when you sit down and help you order if you need help and they have fresh items and free refills on popcorn and fountain drinks I couldn't find another place better to watch a movie

  First time coming here, the service was amazing, everyone was smiling, employees served us while we were watching the movie so we didn't have to get up which was great! Order from your phone. The audio and video quality absolutely blows harkins and AMC out of the water. I'm used to it being a super loud version of our at home system, or worse quality but this was excellent quality. My only advice is the reclining seats middle part does not go up which was annoying, movies are generally speaking a lot of couples just saying, and the head part of the recliner goes so far out that you have to really constantly crane your neck in an uncomfortable way to see the screen since the top part doesn't go that far back.

  Very disappointed because I used to love this place. our server accidentally knocked over an entire soda onto us. Accidents happen, and we were understanding about it. However, instead of cleaning the spill, he handed us a stack of napkins and walked away. The soda soaked our shoes and the area around our seats, and no one returned with a mop for several minutes. Because the spill wasn’t addressed promptly, we missed the first 10-12 minutes of the movie while waiting for someone to clean it up and trying to get assistance. Another server eventually noticed the mess on her own and asked what had happened, which shows no one had been following up. The employee at the ticket counter was kind, understanding, and immediately radioed for the manager. Unfortunately, the manager took another 10–15 minutes to arrive. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, he complained about being radioed multiple times by the ticket clerk, which was frustrating considering handling situations like this is part of a manager’s job. The accident itself wasn’t the issue—it was how it was handled afterward. Prompt cleanup, communication, and basic customer service would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience changed my opinion of a theater I used to enjoy, and I can no longer recommend it.
