  I will never take my children to another cinemark theater after seeing they are showing a film called teenage sex and death. What demented person allowed this to be made, why is this place showing it and finally who on earth is buying tickets to see this? Messed-up world, and if this is what cinemark represents I want no part of it. I’m showing this to everyone I know.

  Great place! The theatre is always clean and the chairs are soooo comfortable!! They recline with the push of a button! 4/5 stars because the popcorn was not warm or hot. Popcorn just gets cold quickly naturally (which is understandable and unavoidable) but I hoped that it would at least be a little warm and it was not. I asked if it was warm and the staffed assured me that it was but it was on the cooler side. So beware of that and if you want it hot, try to ask if it can be made fresh if you're willing to step to the side and wait for some minutes. Also, If you want extra butter, ask the staff to fill the popcorn halfway then go fill your butter then have the staff fill the popcorn again and then get the rest of your butter. The staff doesn't put butter on your popcorn. They have a machine with a button for butter so you must get it yourself along with any condiments for hotdogs, napkins and forks. The manager was awesome and asked about the halfway popcorn thing when I got my popcorn refill (loved her) but the other staff members did not offer that and the manger should show the other employees this little detail. It makes such a difference. Very kind of her to offer! For handicaps spaces, I suggest not getting any of the spaces on the sides but instead right in the middle. That's the best spot. Most people sit somewhere in the middle but it is especially important for wheelchair users to try to get near the middle to avoid a strained neck when watching the movie. So if you have the option of getting a wheelchair space on the side or the middle, choose the middle. We chose the side and eventually moved to the middle when we made sure no one else was coming to claim the middle seats. Great restrooms and great handicap restroom! It was big enough for a large wheelchair user and another person who may be helping the wheelchair user. The handle bars in the handicap restroom were extremely helpful and necessary. Also, there are corners in the buildings which contain more theaters. Our theatre was around the corner and we were so confused and couldn't find it that we came back and asked the staff if we were going the right way. She then told us about the corner snd we found it easily. It would've been nice to be told about the corner beforehand or when checking in with our tickets but we figured it out. Overall, great place and will definitely be back! I will ask for fresh popcorn next time but I recommend this place for sure. Hopefully the manager gets a much deserved raise.

  I came to this theater a few times before. But, had a terrible experience on 08/15/2026. The cashier for the food court was rude and had an attitude. I bought 2 drinks and the biggest bucket of popcorn for me and my friend to share. I asked the cashier for a drink holder for the 2 drinks I bought and he said "are you all going to share? I can't allow that." Like, what? That is extremely ghetto. I bought the food and paid for it. Why do you care if I share it with someone? Thats like forcing everyone to buy their own bucket of popcorn. I feel bad for the big family that is trying to bring their kids to watch a movie and being forced to buy all 3 to 4 kids their own bucket of popcorn. Which we all already know that theater popcorn is pricy as it is. I do not understand this policy if it even is one as I am only getting what I paid for. Nothing extra. Othet theaters I've been to don't mind. However, due to this experience I will not be returning to this theater again. They will not be receiving another penny from me. I will go where I am appreciated.

  The staff saved us today after I dropped my soda and it went everywhere in the middle of the consessions area. We had to run and dry our clothes but when we came back they immediately made us a new cup. We also ordered some chicken tenders and my son said they were excellent quality. Not dry, not soggy, just perfect.

  Me and mine adult friends went to watch a movie with my family. We were very respectful as soon as we asked for alcohol ( all the man were 21+ had their ID) except one of them but clearly was but I don’t blame them for wanting clarity he even said he had his ID in the car I’ll get it. They said they can refuse but how come if everyone was 21+ had their ID’s. Why you selling it if you’re going to refuse? We’re not idiot just going into a theater asking for alcohol when we’re 21+. If you HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THERE SHOULD’VE BEEN A POST HOLDING IT UP. Like every other alcohol store has it up. They didn’t even have that so how come? We are paying for it too what’s the problem? We had prove of our age as well. All the managers just got a bit racist and start coming after us. I don’t know why when all we did was REQUEST, HAD PROVE, AND WAS GOING TO PAY WITH OUR MONEY. they wanted to talk about our attitude but that was after they was coming after us. They didn’t even have that so how come? Then they kicked us out saying do y’all want a refund we said no we don’t and walked out. If they can show the attitude we can too when we were just respectful with the whole situation until the end why lie. Being racist and rude why. Everything was going well until this! They came inside to insult us in front of everybody too to kick us out But before they could, we walked out ourselves because of the disrespect before. They said to never come back we said bruh first and last time lmfao🙌🏼😭. Even main event doesn’t do this bruh.
