  First didn’t have food ready at the time it was supposed to be ready had to wait. 2nd we went to see spinderman that started at 9:15 and at some point in the movie we went to get refill and they had it closed down and couldn’t get even 1 refill on drinks or popcorn and Jose say my friend sorry. UPDATE- Adam GM called. Supposedly now will make sure we can get drinks and popcorn if the movie still going on. Ty for doing the right thing and being open to making changes to process that make sense.

  I was ok until today when we went to watch a movie. I had no idea that just a cup of ice for my bottle water was an additional $7!! $7 FOR A CUP OF ICE!! While I still love coming to the movies here because I've never had a problem until today.

  It's a sad state of affairs when customer service literally no longer cares to do anything to help you. And would rather just play on their phone and ignore you. On the 2nd of August, I attempted to see the new Spider-Man movie. Now, I was running very late so that was my fault, No, issue there. The problem was that I ordered the souvenir cup and they put it in a drink carrier that was flimsier than paper. And because of this, once I picked it up, it, of course, fell apart. My drink fell on my clothes and all over their carpet so I could no longer see my movie. Do you think I was given back the movie credit that I used for this, no. Do you think I got any kind of compensation for my drink that I couldn't drink, Because it was now on my clothes and on the carpet, Also, no. The only thing that I was able to have out of all of that was the yummy pretzel bites. But I was not able to see the movie, and I was not able to drink my drink. And I literally got an email from (Thalia) management saying too bad so sad. So I think, after over 10 years of being a customer, I might finally actually have to find a different theater, because ever since COVID y'all frankly suck. Also, as a bonus, when I did eventually go back and see this movie for a second time successfully, your seat M12 feels like you're sitting on a bar because the seat is broken and it's been broken for a really long time, that doesn't seem to align with your comfortable seating that you claim you have.

  The theater is kept clean and staff are friendly. On several occasions we have skipped this theater in favor of the Little Rock location though. The seats in Conway just aren't as comfortable and the selection of movies is smaller. For longer movies and films you can't watch in Conway, it's worth the drive to LR.

  We're here for the first movie of the day and the theater wasn't even clean/ready to be seated. We ordered food ahead of time and it's now 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and still waiting. Only giving two stars because sound and screen seem good.
