I've been a few times, this is my favorite theater in town. It's always pretty clean, it's a nice facility, chairs are comfy, but.. the popcorn is always off. Always needs more salt and is full of the bottom scraps with kernels and crumbled up popcorn. Kinda ruins it for me, please fix the popcorn

This is a clean and comfortable movie theater. It's fun to watch a movie and then grab dinner or browse the shops afterwards. Parking is plentiful in both surface level lots and a parking garage. Bridge Street is set up so that you can walk anywhere in about 4 minutes. After our movie Saturday night we took a spin on the twinkling carousel for $3.50. It's a great place to spend a Saturday night. ***This review is a 5 star review. Somehow my initial post had it marked as 3 stars. I fixed it as soon as I saw the error.

The movie theater is really nice but as soon as we walked in, it felt a lot more warm inside than it was outside, and it was nighttime… We go to pick up a captioning device for me and it took several people and a long time for them to get one set up, but it looked like some of them were new so I understood it to be a training so I waited patiently. We get inside the auditorium (14) and are sweating… We report to the front desk and they said yes there has been issues with the AC in that specific auditorium and the only thing they could do was refund us for our movie tickets… Even though we had already bought drinks and snacks so we just stayed… The fabric on the seats were ripped up and falling apart, there was popcorn all over between the armrests… The display on my captioning device kept spinning in different directions every time I breathed 😂 we took turns holding the device and once we got it to stay stable, it would spin away again…. I’ve used many different devices, including this one, for years and it’s always a hassle with the cupholder part but I have never had the display continuously spin and not screw tightly… Overall this wasn’t really a great experience, I would come back because I enjoy coming to the movies, but I’d encourage the theater to make sure the captioning devices are secured and if they knew a specific auditorium would be really warm, to not schedule showtimes in there…

Please encourage the operators at Cinemark to replace the lamp for the projector in theater 1. This is such a comfortable, clean and convenient place to watch large-format movies and I always have a good time, but the vignetting has become hard to ignore. I would highly recommend their smaller screens (and cheaper tickets) until this has been fixed.

This is my favorite movie theater in Huntsville, Alabama. Love their VIP section and the ability to have adult beverages during the show. The seats are fantastic require. And senior discount is excellent.
