Terribly underprepared facility charging outrageous prices. Not knowledgeable staff. Long lines and overcrowded. Paid for 8 meal vouchers to find that both food locations were out of food? Paid $80 for some bottles of water and inedible ice cream that went to waste (vanilla ice cream that tasted like water and melted before we got them). Waste of my families money and time. We’ll stick to big kahunas or blue bayou moving forward.

Kids had a blast! Fun for adults too. Really handy that they have lockers to rent. Love how there's inside and outside water activities so you can balance not being in the sun too long. Still recommend sun screen unless you're one of those people who never burn. There's lots of slides and rides to go down with tunes. Definitely a place worth coming to!

The park itself was very fun for the kids. My only complaint is how dirty the place was. I was absolutely disgusted how the steps looked that led up to the water rides. They do not allow water shoes. If a place is not going to allow water shoes, then please make sure the area people will be standing is clean of dirt and debris. It was a pile of what looked like dirt and trash at the bottom of each step. Absolutely disgusting!!

It was awsome! We had a blast my kids love every bit of it they literally didn't want to leave! The staff was nice and very friendly. The atmosphere was good its like everyone was just trying to have a great time and I believe everyone did! We purchase food and it was good I have no complaints about the food just finding area or table to sit at was kind hard because people have they belong at tables trying to hold that table and etc. I think they need to do a area just for eating once you done you get up and leave but overall we still enjoyed everything! If you sit outside to eat watch out for the birds they will take your food 🤣🤣🤣also we went on Father Day weekend and we saved a little bit more.

I debated whether to post this, but I feel it’s important for other families to be aware before spending money and traveling for this experience. I traveled from Birmingham and spent a significant amount of money to bring my children to Tropic Falls for the indoor waterpark. Unfortunately, my experience ended up being extremely disappointing and embarrassing. After climbing several flights of stairs to ride a float attraction with my son, I was asked to step on a scale in front of multiple guests waiting in line. I was then told publicly that I exceeded the weight limit and could not ride any float attractions. Another guest even asked if I could ride solo instead, and again, in front of everyone, I was told I exceeded the limit. I completely understand and respect ride safety policies and weight restrictions. My concern is not that safety rules exist. My concern is the lack of clear disclosure beforehand and how the situation was handled publicly. The website states: “All Riders: Maximum Weight of Rider = 250 lbs. Double Riders: Maximum Combined Weight of Riders = 400 lbs.” Based on that wording, I believed my son and I qualified for a double float ride as long as we were under the combined limit. If the policy is that no rider over 250 lbs can ride any float attraction regardless of combined weight, I feel that should be made much clearer before ticket purchase. What hurt the most was being weighed and having my weight discussed in front of strangers and my child. My son no longer wanted to ride afterward, and I walked away feeling embarrassed and unable to participate in the attractions I came to enjoy with my son. I have reached out to management privately because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address my concerns first. However, I also feel it’s fair to make others aware so they can make informed decisions before visiting. I truly hope policies are communicated more clearly and situations like this are handled with more privacy and sensitivity in the future.
