Very good time. We went from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. My 4 year old had a blast. She didn't want to leave. There were a lot of areas for a young kid to enjoy. The park was well-staffed and pretty clean. The lazy river was a lot of fun. We'll definitely be going back.

The waterpark is great, cabana space is nice but would be good if they had someone to bring food and drinks like other places especially for how much it costed. The food is very bland and overpriced, also if you are going to have teenagers working they need to pay a more attention, most stayed on there phone at the window instead of taking orders as well as had to wait almost 30 minutes for pizza when it was only supposed to be 3 minuets, the guy brought the pizza out and set it in the heater and I still had to wait because they were all on there phones.

I want to start by saying that I enjoy Wild Water. It’s a great family spot and I have been a season pass holder before. However, my recent experience at a dive-in movie was disappointing. We arrived at 6:36 PM and were denied entry, despite not finding any gate closure times on the website or social media. (I very well could’ve overlooked it but I didn’t easily find gate closure times/ no one let in after 30 minutes posted anywhere) While my family members with season passes were let in (after they were denied once ) my attempt to purchase a ticket was met with a very rude refusal from the gate employee. Although I understand rules /policies, and was fine with leaving , the employee's attitude was super off-putting. It definitely made all of us feel very unwelcome, even after the fact. I typically don’t post negatively especially about local businesses that I appreciate , but I think clearer event information and better staff training would greatly benefit wildwater, as I still think it’s a great place.

I came down the red slide with my son and at the bottom was a lifeguard named, Jana Blocher. She was smiling when we came down and doing a dance. When I asked her what it was called she said it was “the dougie”. Great attitude to come from somone in the water at 10am. 🙂

We came last weekend and we were the first in line and had been waiting for about a hour. We got to the ropes and my wife wanted an umbrella because we had little kids and wanted shade. When it was time my wife overheard parents telling there kids to run and grab like 4 or 5 chairs. We missed out and it really made for a bad experience right off the bat. Back in the day when it was the old part and was called the aquatic center after you stood in line and got your tickets you could then go grab your chair. Yall need a better system before someone gets hurt or it creates a problem and fights start. It don’t take no time for people to come in now because you can get your tickets ahead of time. Also with the amount of people coming in it won’t take long for people to come into the park. Also would love to see people walk around and make sure women have appropriate clothing on and this does include employees. We had a good experience and we love the new lazy river and can’t wait to try it out. We always have a great time but there are some areas that could improve so everyone has the best experience and also we spent Almost $150 for the day and would have enjoyed shade.
