  Not being able to order food online and your line this long. Its a 45 minute wait. Whoever the manager need to be fired. I dont care how much you make or you pay your staff. I see why people dont come to the movies

  Y’all lost some huge points with me. The bar is now consolidated with the long line, the butter is no longer self serve, and the chargers out front are no longer free. I know the last one is not your fault but it just sucks when companies actively degrade guest services for money. This isn’t how you get people back on theaters.

  We got here a bit early so decided to kill sometime playing some games in the arcade. WHAT A RIP OFF. First of all you have to load a card for points, so my wife fed in some cash. It dispensed the cards but no change! That’s when we noticed a very small notice that no change is dispensed. They put that at the bottom of the machine, not up where you feed in cash. We tried playing the basketball game. All of the basketballs were flat. The displays were defective and not displaying the time or points. We tried the air hockey table. The air didn’t work correctly and the puck would just get stuck on the table. We tried the giant claw machine and the claws stayed completely open once it dropped. The claw rose back up and once it raised back up…it closed! This game was clearly rigged like this. So we tried the small claw machine. Guess what? It was rigged the same way. This is clearly fraud. Yes, FRAUD. Businesses should not be able to get away with this.
