- FVFernando Vime1 day ago1.0I was about to go watch wicked for good tomorrow I had my ticket already purchased, but after all of the bad reviews and many incidents happening with the rat and mouse infestation I rather save my time and well being, I really don’t wanna get jump scared by a rat on top of me in the middle of the movie, just as like a friend of my friend did. I accordingly decided to cancel my ticket and get one at AMC instead. Cinemark solve this problem ASAP!!! This is not good, you’re literally putting in risk many people to dangerous diseases that the rats and mice might carry. 😬
- PMPatricia MaerzNov 12, 20252.0its really hard to rate a movie theater low as a such an avid moviegoer, but they have mice bad. i saw one in June 2025 and today 11/12/2025 i saw more in an auditorium on the total opposite end of the theater. the movie was supposed to be a comedy horror movie but instead i was in the horror movie and the movie was just confusing. i told one of the employees which i dont blame anyone in particular, but they chuckled and said "we know." which is an insane response. i think they should hire a cat and name it tarantino or something, he would be employee of the year. i hope they fix the issue because i love the movie theater and some of these reviews are terrifying. aside from the mice my past experiences have been pleasant, so i dont want to leave 1 star. i just want them to fix the mice issue.

I was in auditorium 10 when half way through the movie i see something fall off my arm rest but i didn’t see fully just in the corner of my eye i assumed it was a mouse because i’ve had two previous incidents but never actually saw the mice. In July i saw something run and shuffling under my seat all through my movie and same thing last month in October there was a lot of shuffling and thuds under my seat. When i moved from my original seat today not even 2 minutes later i see it run across the arm rest, and another run down the stairs after that i left the theatre and went to get a refund. The staff was nice and compliant but this is an ongoing problem that is happening to many and need to be shut down for an inspection because this is venue only disgusting and tonight was just a waste of my time. Not only that but when i was leaving the theatre there was a baby mouse running through the hallway. Are you serious i saw 3 mice in under 5 minutes that is not okay in any business.

The mice aren’t afraid to get into your drink or popcorn while you are sitting in your chair. Employees acknowledge the problem and admitted to feeding them at one point. They have had the issue for months apparently and are not doing anything to completely remove the mice from the building. They respond to these reviews like they are actually trying to fix this disgusting issue but they do not care whatsoever to put money into solving this issue for good.
