  New seats are awesome however you'd think with all the money and effort put into revamping the place, they ensure their captioning system stayed intact. 3d theater is broken yet 2 other theaters the device just isn't working either yet should be. Highly disappointing when it already was supposed to be a fixed resolved issue BEFORE the remodel.

  Obviously the snacks are overpriced but how does a fully staffed theater service sooooo slow for over priced crap??? How about actual service for once. Just saying…🤷‍♂️

  I was really happy to see that Cinemark finally updated to the new seats. I truly hope this also means improvements with cleanliness, including the past roach issue and restrooms that unfortunately used to smell like urine. I was optimistic until my last few visits. I have a medical reason for asking for no extra salt on my popcorn. I completely understand it takes a little longer, and I am always polite and patient about it. However, on my most recent visit, one employee was rude about my request, repeatedly saying that “all popcorn has salt,” even after I explained I was only asking for no extra salt. I tried speaking with the assistant manager (a tall white man with a beard), but he seemed annoyed and responded the same way instead of listening or showing understanding. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism. I want to note that a few of the female employees and one Hispanic gentleman were incredibly kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. I just hope there can be better training for both management and staff on customer service and how to respectfully handle reasonable requests—especially those related to health.

  Im not much of a movie theater person or a movie person, and I understand the theater itself doesn’t say what movies to play but is there anyway to bring more options even if it’s older movies just to be able to go out and enjoy the theater especially around holidays, summer breaks, etc. I know most can be purchased online but this nice theater for like 2-3 movies only and their not the best. Like I said I’m not a movie person but I remember their being really good movies out there and now not so much. Anyway this place is clean, the seating and table tops are nice and the concession stand has a good assortment of snacks.
