Apparently the app didn’t book them correctly and the seats I had chosen were not available even though it confirmed the theater, the time, location, date, payment, everything. *Twilight Zone experience* The staff were very friendly and the manager tried figuring it out, too but then let us see the movie even though the seats were full except the front row. Watching it in the front row was intense and not very comfortable (thankfully they have reclining seats) but the fact that they were able to get us in and seated together really made our kids’ day. The snacks are incredibly expensive- $21 for one popcorn, a soda, and a candy is INSANE, but because of the team working there, they get five stars. ⭐️ Thank you for helping and being kind in such an awkward and weird situation.

I paid good money to go and the area can’t even be cleaned. Not how I remember this place.
