Had a great time today for Spring Break! Jordan was super energetic and rooting for us to complete Once Upon A Time room! She was super helpful with clues and very cool!

This was our first experience at the escape room. We did Once upon a time experience and Terry was such a fun & helpful guide. We had 2 adults & a 10 year old in our group and we all loved it. Thank you, we already got a gift card to do it again.

I was in town to visit family and we decided to try out the Once Upon A Time escape room at Red Door. My in-laws have only tried an escape room with us one other time, when we were on a family cruise together, so we opted for an "easier" challenge. Too easy, apparently! We solved the room with 18 minutes to spare, and only used 2 hints. This worked out wonderfully to boost everyone's confidence and give us a "happily ever after" ending to our first escape room on land! The puzzles and theming were very fun and enjoyable for our family, as we all enjoy the fantasy genre. If I didn't have to fly home, we'd be playing another room at Red Door again!

Sweetest staff ever. When they heard about my recent engagement, they made me this very thoughtful card. My family and I had a great time, and this was the cherry on top.

We played the "Entrapment" experience, which ended up being a great series of puzzles. There was a fair amount of variety in the puzzle and lock types (key, directional, numeric, and alphabetical). One of the final puzzles was a bit more inscrutable, on account of the fact we were working with 3/4 of an artifact. Lilith, our puzzle master, took the initiative to give us a hint in the final 10 minutes that put us back on track to complete the experience with just enough time to spare. I'm appreciative of the pity-clue, but now I wish I had gone back to find out where that last artifact piece was located!
