From the moment we walked in, she had this amazing energy that set the tone for the whole night. She was welcoming, funny, and super engaging, but also clearly knew her stuff. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, which makes all the difference when you’re about to jump into a high-pressure puzzle experience. Kendall gave us one of the best introductions I’ve ever had at an escape room — detailed, clear, and full of personality. She got everyone hyped up but also made sure we understood the rules and what to expect. Throughout the game, she was the perfect game master: attentive without hovering, helpful without giving away too much, and totally on top of everything happening in the room. When we got stuck, her hints were timed perfectly — just enough to get us thinking in the right direction without spoiling the fun. You can tell she’s really intuitive and pays attention to how each group is playing. What really stood out was her enthusiasm even after we finished. She came in and broke down the puzzles with us, celebrated our wins, and laughed with us about the parts we struggled on.
