I stepped out and let the staff know that the temperature was warm in Theatre 7. They said they would let the manager know and it should be more comfortable in about 15 minutes. As I returned to my seat, the movie had started. I sat through the entire Conjuring movie sweating, it was as if I was outside. The people working behind snack counter were great, but the manager taking care of a concern of being to hot in one of the theaters in the complex, well he or she did a very bad job of customer service

My wife and I went to watch the conjuring 2 when one of the managers approached us and told us to be quiet or leave but I explained that it was the ladies sitting next to us that were making all the noise. After talking to the ladies he still told us to be quiet or leave. At that point I was to mad to enjoy the movie. My wife and I decided to get a refund and leave at that point.
