The goofy staff here said that our QR code was already scanned and that StubHub was il-legitimate in their opinion. Did not offer to sell us new tickets. We asked for the manager and we were told the manager was busy. Two bit operation calling stub hub Il-legitimate. F this place.

It's such a beautiful building with so much history. My husband and I went to watch Jimmy Page and had a blast but my issue is that once the concert was over I went to the restroom and had some costume malfunction and those jerks threatened to call the police if I didn't get out. My clothes were literally hanging off so I was embarrassed to leave for that reason but they could have been a little more kinder about it.

My wife and I saw the Santana concert last night after missing it last year because Carlos was ill and it was subsequently cancelled. We were glad we were able to finally see the group. We chose to include the VIP pre concert experience at $65 each. This was highly overpriced as it only included one drink each and a small portion of pretzels and popcorn. An extra small glass of wine was an additional $21. The advertisement of what was included was exaggerated. We will not do the VIP experience again. The venue itself is extraordinary. Not a bad seat in the house and it is historically gorgeous. Love this place. While the concert itself was good there were some letdowns. I go to a concert to listen to the band’s musical talents. Santana has played great music since I was a kid. Carlos went into a rant after the first song giving us his political opinions. He needs to stay in his lane. Music is his talent. Not politics. The percussion was phenomenal as well as the bass guitarist. The replacement vocalists were average and did not represent the original singers. Carlos still has his guitar skills.

Small seats if you're a wide shoulder or larger person, but the views are great anywhere in the place. Some staff seemed to not want to help you at all when asking questions while others went out of their way for you, so hit or miss. The added experiences are clearly meant to add something to whatever event you're attending such as the Ambassador lounge and other perks, but, and lets be clear, stay away from these underwhelming expensive experiences that add nothing to the show. Ambassador lounge was by far the worst purchase I've ever made. I paid to sit in a small room, free water, everything else was for purchase. Got free pretzel sticks and cashews and I could pay for extra fancier snacks. Lesson learned. But, I will say that they ran the floors excellent and the views were pretty great so I cannot hate that. star lost for seat widths and Ambassador experience.

The venue is beautiful, not really a bad seat in the house. We saw Styx, and they are not what they were in the early 80's. Very, very loud and HARD ROCK. They sang a lot of new material, but even old songs were nothing like I remembered, but I am over 60; so there is that. They had a light show, but not much entertainment from the performers. They stood and played/sang in one spot most of the time; even the younger members. We did enjoy the 2 solo warm up singers. They sang a much different type of music. Not nearly as INTENSE. The moment Styx started playing, I could feel every vibration through by body, due to intense bass. If that is what you like, then this concert is for you. We left after an hour. The 3 star has nothing to do with the venue, just my experience with Styx.
