There are multiple employees who are walking around the theater in circles, over 5 times while the movie was playing when I went here. No other theaters I’ve been to in San Antonio does that, just this one in Cinemark 16. It’s unpleasant and distracting. Employees monitoring the theater over 5 times while the film is playing is unnecessary.
