  Just left with my Ghostface blanket. As I walked in the employees made eye contact but didn’t say anything. (Socially awkward) I asked the girl at the counter if they had any ghost face merch, she said only blankets, then some woman (much older) jumped in the conversation from behind me and yelled “all we have is 2 blankets, that’s it!” Like the girl didn’t just tell me that with a little more customer service in her voice. She then repeated herself then came around the counter while I paid and I was asking if they were getting anything else , and she like snapped and was like “NO no we’re not, that’s it!” I then asked nicely, “do you know if they others might?” And again before I could finish speaking she interrupted me and said “no i don’t know you need to call them”. Like no, ma’am what you need to do is find a new job, since you are clearly so miserable. Like they barely opened and this lady is already in a bad mood? Go work at the Bexar county jail with that attitude.

  I had a bad experience at this cinema. The staff member named Miguel Martinez was very rude. It was my first time watching a movie here, and I was just walking around the theater to find my way. He was very strict and did not allow anyone to walk around, saying that many workers would be passing by. I explained that no one was around at the time, but he accused me of entering a theater that was not assigned to us. I felt upset by the way he spoke to me. He said he was just doing his job, but the interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Will not come back here and not recommend this theater to anyone. Attn manager in-charge in this theater , pls educate your employees to be nice and have a good customer service not rude to the customer.

  Show up for Popcorn Day with my Lowe’s bucket at 8:45pm. People still inside at checkout. Doors locked and worker said they are closed. No hours posted online. I bought a bucket for this 😔 I came in this past Sunday for a movie and asked about the promotion and the lady at the counter did not specify that hours would be different. Very displeased.

  Mid day movie. 2 pm. Great service. Very clean facilities, bathrooms, concessions. The one staff person there was outstanding while performing overlapping and different tasks. Very friendly.
