Seeing anything in the Majestic is great but the Nutcracker is that much better in this amazing venue. There isn't really a bad seat anywhere and the beautiful architecture is just jaw dropping! My favorite place for ballet, plays and musicals!!

An absolutely stunning venue!! So many great shows to see. Tickets and concessions are typically a bit pricey. It is an experience though and a must see. Do much detail that I am still in awe every time I am there.

I was shocked at how permissive this theatre is about letting the audience come in late. My view was consistently obstructed by late comers. I found it distracting, disrespectful, and disturbing. What’s the point of show up on time, or at all, if audience is welcome to freely roam and speak at full volume. What’s the consequence for showing up late? I am a tourist and I assure you that other parts of the country have much better theatre etiquette.

The acoustics in this building are amazing. The architecture is beautiful. The only negative aspect is that this venue is downtown so traffic is a nightmare. There is parking nearby. If you can get someone to drop you off/pick you up it's worth it. Plan an hour to get through traffic and parking. Plan 30 to 45 minutes for a drop off/ pick up.

In seat ordering of refreshments and snacks is a joke.
We ordered 1 minute after the start of the show,40 minutes later and still nothing.
People were getting up to get snacks and returning to their seats in under a minute after the start of the show.
I had to get up and find whoever was responsible for my order. The employee I spoke to was not surprised that it was now 45 minutes later because as he said, it is one employee passing out all the orders for the entire theater!
He did find the lady with my order and brought it back to me.
55 minutes later for prepackaged bottled drinks and snacks, wow. It's not like they had to fry the fries or flip the burgers.Not to mention 15 minutes later is intermission, I could have got up ordered my items and back to my seat in under a minute.
Something else that irritates me with silly tipping culture is my tip was pre paid when I placed the mobile order.
Absurd
