  The Majestic Theatre is such a beautiful and extravagant place to visit. It's beauty captivates. We saw Mrs. Patti LaBelle last night in concert and was blown away. This lady has class and looks great for her youth.

  Beautiful theater. We've seen several concerts and shows there. They have drinks and snacks available beforehand. Skinny entrance/exit hallways make it a herding experience when leaving with the crowd.

  Great theater experience, however, plan for food within walking distance and use paid parking. Valet seems like a great idea, however at the end of your event your wait time on your vehicle will remind you it wasn't the best choice.

  I have been to the majestic theater many times, and it went extremely well, but my experience last night was totally unacceptable. We arrived a little after 6:00 p.m., after receiving an email telling us that the doors would be open at 6:00. We then waited for 20 minutes as we were told by staff that the doors would not open till 6:30. After talking to other people, they also received the email saying 6:00 p.m. The venue should not be allowed to change times this way when people make the effort to be there, expecting doors to be open. Then, after finding our seats and being on time for the performance, staffers allowed late arrivals to stand in the aisles, blocking our view of the stage, as they tried to find their seats. Staffers also distracting with their bright flashlights. Lastly, we did not take any photos or videos, as instructed, but staff allowed a car alarm to distract during the ballet performance consistently, for a period of about 5 to 10 minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable and almost made the show unbearable for that period of time. We pay good money for these events, and abide by the rules, only to have the experience ruined by the venue. I was extremely disappointed and I hope that they learn how to respect their guests and give them the performance they paid for.

  The Majestic Theater has been a wonderful place to see a variety of plays, shows, and today's performance, on March 5, 2026, World Ballet Company: Swan Lake. The public parking lot garage is directly behind Majestic Theater, and easily walked to/from. Majestic Theater staff are cordial, friendly, and they help you find your seating. Much thanks to Samantha Gray, House Manger, who was very helpful with the guests who enter the building.
