If you're going to stop selling drinks or any kind of concessions less than halfway through a 4 1/2 hour movie, so be it, but how about you tell your paying customers and your whole staff so the cleaning lady and I don't waste 15+ minutes in the middle of the movie trying to find someone else that works for the theatre to process the transaction, just to find out it's long been closed and they just didn't tell anybody. Not like I didn't spend money on popcorn earlier or scan a QR code to check in. Multiple opportunities to tell your customers when you were going to arbitrarily shut things down so we didn't waste our time and miss the movie for nothing and also make sure we weren't counting on drink refills that were never coming with 2+ hours left in the movie. Thanks a bunch for ruining the movie for me, Cinemark.
Oh, yeah, on top of that, my DBOX chair was broken, despite charging the extra free for it. What a waste of money.
*Update* To top it all off, they had the bathrooms all closed and blocked off when the movie got out. Now I have to find another place to use the restroom somewhere on the 45 minute drive home instead of on the theatre I paid for upgraded seats in.
Either close early & refund tickets in advance or have the theatre experience we paid for available. This is not how business is done.
