- KTKay TurnerAug 10, 20241.0This was the worst experience ever! The girl at the bar was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t even address us when we came to the bar, she said ‘what’s up’! We found out from another employee that she didn’t even have her TABC certification to serve alcohol. Then we tried to address the concerns and asked for the manager who also doesn’t know how to address customers because she rolled her eyes when they told her we requested her and walked over to us and said ‘what’s wrong?’. Not ‘how can I help you?’ The entire staff needs to go through customer service and relations training.
