- LDLane DicksonOct 20, 20241.0I won an arcade game and the prize did not dispense and when I contacted customer support they gave me the runaround now months later I have no response and no help. Shame on cinemark for allowing games that steal your money in your establishment. I contacted cinemark from the number provided below and it was no help and they said keep calling the people that own the arcade machine when they were no help shame on both companies.

- HNHudson N.Jul 6, 20241.0You wonder why it's always empty, well go and you'll understand. Staff are rude and complain to your face when they mess up. Snacks are messed up(burned popcorn), machines not working, or always something. Chairs are old and you have to hold yourself to lay back. According to staff they have chairs they refuse to install. The leather on the armrest are all cracked. It's quite embarrassing to still come here and see this.
