  I was really disappointed with Texas Amps & Axes' handling of cancellations and customer service. When a teacher cancels a lesson on the same day, they issue a credit—no problem there. But when a student has to cancel the same day (for legitimate reasons), there's no credit or makeup option, and the lesson is still charged. This policy feels one-sided and unfair, especially for families. Last week, two of my kids had lessons affected by this exact issue, and it was a complete waste of time and money. This experience has left a bad taste. I wouldn't recommend them until they address these inconsistencies and improve responsiveness.

  Absolutely love this music store! My son has learned so much through his ukulele lessons here. The staff is always warm and personable. Definitely the best place for music lessons in the area!

  Our child has been seeing Mr. Drew for piano for over a year and we have had a great experience. She has learned a lot and he helps make it fun for the young ones.

  Great place with very friendly and helpful staff. They fixed the string of my Veena in a few minutes. Great service! Will definitely recommend.
