  I had my daughter‘s 10th birthday party here, and it was an incredible experience! All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of everything! The food was actually really good, I was surprised at the quality of the pizza for the birthday party (since it can be hit or miss at places like these) so good! The facility was very clean. We had a fantastic experience! I would definitely do another birthday party here again. And the kids had so much fun on the slides!! Honestly, next time I come, I’m probably going to do the slides with my kiddo lol!

  Drove 30 minutes to this location. Checked what time they closed ahead to time. Everywhere I looked said they closed at 11pm (maps, google, and their very own website). Showed up at exactly 8:30 and found the doors locked. As soon as the employees (at least 10 of them) saw us they walked away from the doors and stayed in the back. I tried calling and of course nobody answered. We waited in the parking lot for a few mins and saw the employees running around playing, pushing each other etc. Another group of about 8 people walked up to the doors also and found the doors locked. One of them said she called before coming and they confirmed they close at 11pm. The group walked at the doors from a while. The employees came out of the back, saw the group standing there and completely ignored them.

  Great party! All the kids had a blast, the pizza was good, and it was not overcrowded! We will be back!

  Great place! It’s like being at a water park without the water. Super fun slides, safe landings, and no long wait times for slides. My 7 year old and I had a blast! My 4 year old enjoyed the smaller kid play area. Great options for everyone. Definitely will return! The total entry costs plus socks for the three of us were pricey (~$112), so sadly can’t come as often. However, it is a fun place to go for a special occasion or every now and then.

  had a very disappointing experience at this place. I hosted my twins’ birthday party here, and it did not go as expected. To start, our assigned host called out sick, and while they provided a replacement on the spot—which was fine—the overall service was very poor. The staff was extremely rude. At one point, I went to grab forks from a rack located right behind our table because our host was busy cutting the cake and the kids were waiting. Another staff member rudely told me I wasn’t allowed in that area—even though it was right behind our table and had utensils clearly accessible. Her tone was disrespectful, especially in front of my guests. When I tried to address the situation, another person who claimed to be the manager was also rude and unhelpful. That’s why I felt the need to leave this review. I spent 1000$ and wanted to have a good time but it left very bad taste in my mouth and never ever coming back to this location.
