The owner of Plano location was extremely friendly and accommodating with refunding the money. Even though I made the mistake, this owner went above and beyond. Great business and trustworthy service. Apologies and respect for doing the right thing. By the way, I wouldn’t have taken the time for a negative review but 100% for the positive experience

I ordered a beer and found out it wasn't done brewing yet. Ordered a 2nd beer same thing. Tried to use their app to order a meal and a drink. Nothing but errors, couldn't even order. Only time any waitstaff came out was for last call for food from kitchen. Avoid this place like the plague. Tons of better microbreweries in the area to choose from.
