  Would not recommend going to this location. Few things came up during our time there: 1. They didn't have enough mats and so we paid over $200 for a family to go for 90 minutes and not even staff could find mats for the first portion of our time there. They sold way too many tickets for that time slot which was extremely frustrating. They charge too much to have such an issue with customer experience. 2. We brought socks that are identical to the socks required and were told we had to buy theirs because they have "special oils" which is an absolute load of garbage. I wouldn't have as much of an issue if they were honest and said their insurance requires or they just want to make more money. 3. I interacted with 5 staff members and 4 of the 5 were EXTREAMLY unprofessional and rude. One kind woman tried to help but wasn't supported by her manager or team leads. 3. Be careful on the 4 lane white slide. You easily slide off the slide and either take out unsuspecting innocent people walking in the only walkway or run into a steel pole without padding. I was shocked at how poorly planned that one slide is.

  I had an excellent experience at my son's birthday party. I picked a package, and they contacted me by phone to confirm the details day after. Then I got email reminders. My host Ellie made everything run smoothly and stress free. We really enjoyed our time. We felt no rush and the kids really enjoyed the rides.

  I took my daughter this morning for the “Little Sliders Club” and my review is for the cleanliness of the facility. The black guy with the beard and the yellow and black Jordan’s did a good job of disinfecting as much as he could. I’ve never actually been to one of these kid places where I actually saw and smelled the cleaning. I was so surprised watching him wipe down and Lysol down the equipment and the air. Lol… The place looked and smelled clean and of Lysol. Usually I’m so disgusted in these type of kid places because they are so full of germs. I’m sure he wasn’t able to disinfect everything but it was nice to know that things were actually being cleaned. He actually disinfected the swing before my daughter used it. Hopefully the rest of the staff takes cleaning of the facility that seriously.

  Our family recently visited Slick City Action Slides, and we were absolutely blown away by how fun and well-run the entire experience was. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was energetic, welcoming, and clearly designed for families of all sizes. We had kids ranging in age as well as several adults, and every single one of us had a blast. It's not often you find a place where the little ones, teens, and grown-ups can all enjoy themselves equally, but Slick City made that happen effortlessly. The slides are fast, exciting, and extremely well maintained. Safety seemed to be a priority, which as a parent we always appreciate. Staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to help, whether it was explaining ride rules or simply offering a smile. The layout of the park made it easy to move around without feeling crowded, and even on a busy day, the wait times stayed surprisingly reasonable. One of the highlights for us was discovering that Slick City also offers party services. After seeing the setup, decorations, and how organized everything was, we immediately thought it would be the perfect spot for a birthday or celebration. They take a lot of the work out of planning, which is a huge plus for busy parents. Food and drinks are available for purchase, which made our day even better. Instead of leaving to grab lunch, we were able to stay inside, enjoy a bite, and jump right back into the fun. Everything was clean, the seating area was comfortable, and the options were ideal for families. Overall, Slick City Action Slides gave us a memorable experience, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly outing!

  2 star only because my kids enjoyed the slides. When we 1st arrived the wait for the birthday party was about 15 minutes. Fine because we were waiting on our guest to arrive. We got seated at the table the young host sat us down and never returned. We were brought 2 pitchers of water which we were never asked about if we paid for drinks in which we did. The Birthday host should have went over our package and what was paid for when sitting us down. Kids played and I had to go down to the front desk to ask when was they going to bring the pizza. After one hour and half the pizza finally came. No serving utensils and no one to serve the pizza. They just got sit on the table. No host to be found. I then went back to the front desk to ask for utensils to help serve the pizza and it was the same for our cake no server or host or anything to cut the cake with. Finally it’s time to leave no Birthday gift bag was giving to my daughter or no carts brought up to bring our gift bags down stairs. I AGAIN had to go to the front desk to ask for my daughter’s gift bag and a cart. This is my experience and I want to say as I stated to the Birthday Party Host Manager. They need to “Retrain” the Party Host to be able to say Hi number 1. Number 2 Check throughout the party time. I went to the front desk 3 separate times up and down the stairs trying to get help and assistance for the duration of a party that I spent $450 for 2 hours. As far as a party we will never have another one again here but training is really needed in the future especially if you want to get good reviews. It’s a new place of business so going forward I hope the owner read this and help them young hosts.
