I was a recent employee there They like to talk rude on each other’s names mostly the managers They don’t give any breaks. They only paid $10 an hour so they’re gonna bring up the pay up to 13 in two weeks never got my raise and got fired because I did one no-show because I had to go to the hospital.

First time to visit. Great place lots of fun activities for every age. Just one thing but it could be just this time - the smell from the grill made all the inside stink of grease.

Check in experience was long. Place is ran by a bunch of teenagers. Seems as if there should be some type of adult in charge just to handle certain situations that may arise. Entire place was FREEZING COLD specifically the bathrooms. I felt like I was going to be sick after leaving the place because it was cold. I spent $160 for three kids to jump including socks and a glow shirt I was told I must purchase. Very overpriced

this was a very clean facility. everyone had fun. however, the price is insane. $30 PER PERSON for 90 minutes? that would make sense if there were more than 20 things to do, but there are only about 10 things to do, and they take 10 seconds each. we had a great time, and the slides were fun and thrilling. great for all ages. they have an area for littles to play. that being said, the staff was mid & the price was steep, i won’t be back. (if you care what i think would be reasonable, i think $15-20 a person would be more reasonable)

New establishment which was clean slides were fun and my kids enjoyed themselves. Couple things to keep in mind mats are not cleaned through the day nor sure if they clean them at night but handles are cloth so it’s germ city. The reason for the two stars is more about staffing and food. There’s an area for specters to sit but the kids think it’s a jumping attraction. Not only is the dangerous it’s also annoying. Staff never spoke to any one asking them not to jump or walk on the pyramid. Several menu items were not available. No nachos, no waffle fries (replaced with spicy fries which was not disclosed). No frier so everything is baked. Highly disappointed for the price. Lastly this location doesn’t offer 60 minute visits. We’ll stick with the McKinney location
