The seats light was red the entire time. A few weeks ago after ordering a ticket, I even called the theater and they told me they were selling the popcorn bucket and have promotional items for early screening. None of that happened. Movie and surround system was fantastic. The only pro to the theater was the staff who apologized about the seat and gave me a refund. Never coming back. This was supposed to be my 1st 4d Movie
