Really, this is the reason why I do not go this the location but unfortunately the movie that is out, is only showing at three theaters including this one.

Cinemark makes it easy to purchase tickets and offers on demand concessions or pre order and delivery to your seat! The variety of movies is awesome as well. Want 3-D? They have it. Want D Box? They have it. XD? They have it. Concessions are plentiful as well. Regular popcorn, 🍿 kettle corn, so many candies as well as 🍔 burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and pizza 🍕… plus 🥤 and 🥃 or 🍷, if that’s your thing.
- MBM BDec 30, 20252.0This has been my go to theatre. And I watch almost every movie here. It's 5 stars for everything except the food orders. Not once, not twice but countless times. And part of the mistake is from Cinemark's management end. Their online order never matches what they provide. Example - I order a bottled drink and they give the glasses order. The person said their system doesn't say that it's bottled I add extra dip for churros, they just add it on top. They said order doesn't show extra dip added. This happened twice. I ordered side fries so I don't add up more calories, but I was given a large one. Similarly, I once got 4 pretzels instead of 3. Maybe because they were out of buttermilk ranch. I ordered samosas. But I get without the chutney dip which is clearly mentioned online. If you add any unique dip, they only give you the cheese dip. Vanilla milkshake was without without the cream on top. I can say more instances that happened with food. I badly want to give them 5 and want them to succeed. Please bring consistency in food orders. Make sure the food order matches exactly what people ordered. It spoils our movie experience running behind to make it correct. Will change this to 5 if I start noticing the change. Else will downgrade it to 1 star. Hope the management notices this.
