Easily one of the best Cinemark theater locations I’ve been to and very close to Ford’s Garage which is a fantastic restaurant. Prices are flexible, concession prices are more affordable than AMC, the seats are comfortable but not as comfortable as AMC, but the screens and sound quality is amazing. And thank god, not a whole lot of ads or numerous corporate clips like with AMC. I definitely recommend this theater, and if I had better transportation options and more money to work with, and if they would just be far more open to custom suggestions for screenings (like HIGHLANDER 1986), then I’d love to come back more often. It’s just not always easy to get here due to Lyft services not being consistent including their constantly shifting prices.
Still, it’s a high quality movie theater that has my approval. And both Cinemark & AMC are the best theater chains I’ve ever been to. ^-^
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Cinemark.
When I went to purchase popcorn and drinks, the employee named Gavin overcharged me. I specifically asked him multiple times whether he had scanned my barcode, but he ignored my concern and did not mention that the scanner wasn’t working or give any proper explanation. Instead, he proceeded to charge me incorrectly.
What made the situation even worse was his behavior afterward. When I questioned the charges, he became rude and started using inappropriate and abusive language, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment.
This kind of unprofessional conduct and lack of transparency is very disappointing. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic courtesy—none of which I received during this interaction.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and accountability for their staff. I will definitely think twice before coming back.

We had a wonderful experience at Cinemark with our group of 20+ young adult students with disabilities. When we came in on Tuesday to purchase tickets, Associate Manager Jennifer and Associate Randy were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to walk each student through the process individually.
Both shared they had backgrounds in education, which truly showed. They recognized our students’ needs and encouraged them to practice social skills in a supportive, respectful way. Jennifer also let us know about complimentary caretaker tickets, allowing all staff to sit with and support our students during the movie.
When we returned on Friday, the entire staff continued that same level of care—patiently scanning tickets and assisting each student at concessions. The theater was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
We are so grateful for the kindness shown and will absolutely be back!

My family's been coming here forever, and we even signed up for the cinemark membership because we love it so much! We've never had any problems, the staff are super nice, and the restrooms are usually spotless!
