It was extremely distracting and impossible to unsee. I'm happy paying for a premium XD experience, but it was sub-par projection quality tonight.

My family does not go to the theater very often but when we do we want to enjoy the experience that we are paying for especially since it is a 40 min drive to this theater, which means it's something we don't do unless its a good movie we want to go see. Went to see the Conjuring last rites which is a movie you really want people to be silent during as thats the whole point of going to see a horror flick in the movie theater. But no, two people sitting on the same row as us all the way at the top could not stop talking throughout the entire movie. They came in late to the movie, then proceeded to treat it as if they were at home, talking during the entire thing. My husband went to the front to complain three different times, missing out on seeing the movie, and they would not kick them out because they stated they did not witness it themselves. The couple directly in front of the two talkers moved to the other side of the theater as well as the couple directly in front of us who left the movie entirely. Other people in the theater continued to look up towards the talkers and we could see it was affecting them as well. That didn't matter to management because they did not hear them talking due to being extremely obvious while trying to catch them. The moment staff walked out they would laugh and continue to talk. In the end a refund, which they didn’t seem to want to offer, for the movie was provided after explaining over which does not refund my time, driving there, or the wasted time trying to watch the movie. If you have an issue with people talking, don’t bother asking management to do anything, just leave and get a refund as you will be wasting your time asking them to do anything. Will not be back to this theater as this is the second time this has happened here and management was useless. Instead of removing the problem you will only going to be offered a refund if you complain. Personal opinion, they should have a security officer in the event something happens so at least one person has the backbone to handle certain situations. Best thing about this theater was the box seats, but will take our business elsewhere from now on.
