Lacks seating for adults. Underwhelmed at the options available for older kids to explore. Party rooms were undifferentiated and staff kept disappearing. Food options were pretty limited as well. I wasn't sure what to expect, but fell a bit flat as an overall experience.

Went here during the week on a Thursday evening for my son's birthday. They only have the bar area open for food during the week with staff that like to hide behind the bar area and take forever to talk to you, and when they do, they act like you're bothering them. No buffet during the week, only weekends. The go carts are not worth the wait, slow and not well maintained. The whole place was severely understaffed, so everyone that was there waited in long lines to ride any rides or games that involves needing a staff member because maybe 2 staff members were rotating out while the management team was no where to be seen and when enough people complained, they would just come by and say we had to wait for them to find staff to run it or rotate someone from another game. So the expensive wrist bands are pointless cause you can not ride any of the rides without waiting forever and that cuts down on time to do anything else. Also the games are super expensive and the prizes require allot to get anything. We spent over $500 here for our 5 bands and game cards. We are never going to come back here. Don't waste your time or money!
Better more affordable places are Monster Mini Gulf, Spare Time! We have spent far less, had more fun, better customer service and the kids actually came out with lots of prizes at these places!

I’ll start by saying we are frequent flyers here and absolutely LOVE Austin’s. We’ve attended several birthday parties here before and they were fantastic, so naturally we had high expectations hosting our daughter’s 9th birthday here ourselves… and unfortunately, it did not match that experience.
We arrived right at opening and immediately I could tell something was off. The hostess looked surprised we were even there… which is not exactly the vibe you want when you’re walking in…
Turns out, our assigned party hostess was a no-show.
We waited about 15 minutes just to get into our party room, and ended up decorating everything ourselves while the clock was ticking. The sweet hostess who stepped in (shoutout to Mere 💕) was clearly doing her best, but she was stretched way too thin, running around.
As a former Chuck E. Cheese party hostess myself (retired but still emotionally qualified 😂), I didn’t mind jumping in and getting things moving, but let’s be real… that’s not what you’re paying for.
On the positive side: pizza came out by 11:45 and was actually delicious. No complaints there.
But for the price of the party package and included “hostess,” it just didn’t add up. Honestly, we would have been better off giving each kid a $30 Austin’s card and an unlimited ride bracelet and calling it a day. Less stress, more value.
We still love Austin’s, and we’ll definitely be back to play… but hosting a party here again? That’s gonna be a no from me dawg.

My family of 4 have been to Austin’s several times and have all enjoyed it until today when the pictured individual decided to approach me while I was playing a video game to tell me I needed to throw away my water bottle or return it to my car. Mind you I am very noticeably 9 months pregnant. I told him I’m pregnant and it’s just a water and he tells me that I can get free water from the bar and that they have several signs posted saying no outside food or drinks. He also told me I could get free tap water from the bar area (which was an 8oz cup that wouldn’t even get me through a round of putt putt in that heat ) I would totally get it if I came in with a bag of snacks or a soda or fountain drink or if I wasn’t huge pregnant even but come on it was a hot day and I’m drinking water to keep myself hydrated. Not to mention we spent plentyyyyyyy of money on other drinks , games food and wristbands at their establishment. My 34oz Costco water bottle wasn’t hurting them. Perhaps, this employee had too much time on his hands today but it was not a good look for him or the business to be bothering a pregnant lady instead of a worrying about important matters. We will probably be back again but I hope the owners/management would take my side in this matter… if they wouldn’t then their priorities are pretty messed up.

I gave this place 4 stars because although my 9 year old cousin gave it a 5, there were a lot of things confusing on the website that wasn’t the actual case. I was hoping to do something with my cousin that would be fun for the both of us and this placed seemed to be it. I did have fun, but there was a lot of stuff that wasn’t as fun for me as it’s definitely meant for the kids. If you’re looking for a place for the kiddos? This is it!! I was really only able to do the mini golf, go karts. Laser tag and bumper boats. I did some of the rides, but they’re definitely made for kids so wasn’t as fun for me. Which again, if you’re looking for a place for kids this is it!! The buffet online makes it seem like they would have so many different options. They had 4 different kinds of pizzas, a salad bar, mac and cheese, a type of marinar pasta, what I assume is suppose to be chow mein , white rice and I think orange chicken? There’s no dessert. So if you’re coming for food, I wouldn’t. Overall it was fun I just don’t want others to have the wrong expectations! For the price it was pretty good.
