  Awesome place, and it's massive.. Prices for games are very reasonable. Food was pretty good, and there's a respectable selection of adult beverages. The large indoor playground area alone kept my kids occupied for almost two hours. It's well designed, safe, and spacious enough that it's easy as a parent to retrieve kid in need of help. Great selection of games too! This would be a great place for a kid's party! Staff was very friendly and the facility was clean.

  I had a great experience at Malibu Jack's in NRH. I want to personally thank a young man named Adrian, who really stood out with his professionalism, and friendliness. He was able to answer all the random questions I had for the staff. Because of the positive experience I had with Adrian, I will be returning more often. Keep up the great work young man!

  We visited for the first time. I like the concept but the food was horrible. We waited a considerable amount of time before we even got our food because the older white guy in the kitchen fry area was picking his nose. So I politely asked Kaitlin the cashier to ask him to wash his hands and change his gloves. I thought this was rather disgusting. It would have been a better experience had I had the chance to consume good food that matched the vibe. Luckily my party/family didn’t get sick.

  We’ve been coming here since opening day and every experience has been great; however, the past few times we have been I’ve noticed how unkept the Bounce Beach area has become. Especially today. I convinced my friend to take her baby for his first birthday and when we got to the soft play baby area the entire right side was sticky due to a dried spilled soda and there were crackers all over the left side of the play area. I asked two attendants if they could clean it up and it took 30 mins for “janitorial” to show up which was one person with a spray bottle and a rag and they didn’t even bother cleaning up the crackers despite walking over and looking directly at the mess. I ended up taking some baby wipes and some hand sanitizer and re-cleaning the spilled soda and cleaning up all the crackers. I have recommended this place to so many people and seeing how dirty it’s been the last few times has been so disappointing. Our babies crawl around and touch everything. Some routine cleaning throughout the day shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

  It’s actually disappointing how little you get considering the money you have to spend when you come. We took our kids and the only thing worth it was the laser tag and duck machine. Half the games were not working and no one was attempting to address it. On a Saturday not that busy at 2 o’clock the go kart line is obscenely slow. The workers do not care at all to provide any customer service regarding games taking your money and not letting you play or how bad the go karts are with half not working or having slow batteries and shrug off like it’s nothing. The women’s bathroom was filthy. There was no point in us purchasing food as everything else that takes minimal effort couldn’t be accomplished. It’s sad we came even after all the awful reviews and still none of the things people were mentioning in previous reviews were addressed…I guess they respond to the negative comments and then don’t actually go in and fix it. It’s a better experience at Andrettis, Main Event and even Chuck E Cheese. Also the employee only area in the back by the party rooms has employees sitting on the floor then getting up and handling the cakes and such that is on the shelves for the parties. Absolutely appalling!
