  Malibu Jack's has a sign that reads no cutting in line. After being in the line 40 minutes, I realized the wasn't moving and I kept noticing these kids passing by, saying excuse only to get back on the go karts. Malibu Jack's was under staff. The women restrooms was so nasty. This was my fist and last visiting this establishment, I'll continue to frequent DAVE'S AND BUSTERS

  We are from the Waco area and just took my son here for a homeschool field trip and we all had the best time ever! Stephanie was amazing and so was the lady at the front desk. All of the workers were kind and friendly… online they had a great special! Stephanie really helped my son understand some of the science behind the ride and it was so great! Great food decently priced. Stephanie helped make the experience educational :) but we had a blast and cannot wait to come back again and bring the rest of our kids here!

  We visited Malibu Jack’s on Sunday, February 22, 2026 and had mixed experiences. The facility itself was clean, and there were several fun rides and arcade games that we genuinely enjoyed. The go-kart line, however, was extremely long and moved very slowly, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, our biggest issue happened during mini golf. A group of three unsupervised teenage girls repeatedly ignored the rules — playing out of turn, hitting balls onto greens while others were still playing, jumping in front of groups, and making disrespectful comments. Their behavior disrupted multiple groups, not just ours. My husband had to ask them to wait their turn, and at one point one of the girls stood very close to me in an intimidating way. They left and came back several times, continuing to interfere with play and holding up the course while other groups waited. Another couple told us they had already spoken to the girls as well and were even called racial slurs. A staff member eventually warned the girls they would be removed if there were more complaints. After we finished mini golf, the situation escalated when the girls followed us into the arcade area and later returned with a parent who approached my husband aggressively. Once we explained what actually happened — and that multiple groups had issues — the situation calmed down, but there was no apology for the confrontation or the girls’ behavior. Overall, while the venue itself has potential and some fun attractions, the lack of visible staff supervision — especially in the mini golf area — made the experience stressful and unpleasant. Guests should not have to manage disruptive or harassing behavior on their own. Bottom line: If you visit, be prepared to keep a close eye on your kids and surroundings. The facility needs more staff presence on the floor to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Unfortunately, after this experience, we don’t plan to return.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I booked and paid for a birthday party package for my son, which included a dedicated host, food, and drinks. We never had a host at any point. We were completely ignored and had to repeatedly find staff ourselves just to receive the pizza and drinks we had already paid for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the only time staff approached us on their own was to ask if we needed a cart to remove our belongings because the next party was coming in. No one came to help us during the party, but they made sure to come tell us it was time to leave. There was no organization, no communication, and no customer service. I ended up doing everything myself while trying to manage a group of kids, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a hosted party. This created unnecessary stress, anxiety and took away from what should have been a special and enjoyable day for my son. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Malibu Jack’s did not provide the service that was promised or paid for. For the amount of money spent, this level of neglect is inexcusable! I am extremely dissatisfied and expect management to address this situation. I would not recommend booking a birthday party here unless they significantly improve their customer service and honor what they advertise.

  This place is extremely understaffed. The wait for the attractions are way longer than they should be. There were lots of people cutting in line causing the wait to be longer. There weren’t any staff watching the lines to make sure everyone was being fair. There were a lot of unattended kids which is normal for a smaller place but it was too busy for all of those (small) children to be running around without a nearby adult watching them. The food was not good and the line was long and slow and the whole thing was disorganized. I barely saw any employees outside of the people managing the rides and attractions. Waited over an hour for the go karts because there was a grown woman holding her place in line so her kids could cut and ride the ride over and over. The police presence and staff were barely helpful and took forever to remove her because they weren’t paying attention. The attractions and food were not worth it in my opinion. I would not recommend.
