  Our experience was just okay. Over an hour wait for double rider go karts but if you were a single rider you walk on every time and got to go many times before others. Only 3 double karts per race makes for an extremely long wait time when you focus client is little kids. No lids drinks that cost $20 for 3. Price doesn’t bother me but a kid walking around with open cup is spill city. The other wait lines weren’t bad. Games were okay. Mainly weren’t working and some games errored out in the middle of playing. Think they need to spend some attention fixing their machines and adding double riders for a better experience all around.

  Pros: Fun concepts for adults and kids. Wide variety of games and rides. Cons: They need to come up with a better concept for taken food orders and adult beverages The poster of adult beverages are false advertising (looks nothing like the picture and some of the drinks they do not have) All adult beverages are fountain and are charged by the ounces. (So be mindful of your cost 😳) They are definitely winning on the drinks 😂

  Place is a rip off.. the person at the counter also erased all points off my card intentionally.. they have kids working the counter who have no sense of customer service.. AVOID the place and save yourself from being ripped off/scammed!! To mgmt: I went in the afternoon on 2/07/26, re-train your workers or get new hires!!!

  For the most part it's just like any other arcade / ride place that you would go to such as main event or Dave & Buster's but the only true complaint I have is with the food area. It took entirely too long to order your food, get your food, and when we got our food it was nothing that we ordered at all they gave us a whole other order that we didn't even order. It was crazy expensive for all that food and then it not even taste good and we had to wait about 45 minutes to get it.

  want to share my experience at this place. First of all, the atmosphere and the games are very nice for children, which is why I wanted to celebrate my son's birthday there on January 10th, which was yesterday. Of course, I went with my family and some of his friends. What really upset me, and why I'm writing this review, is that my intention was to rent a room for his birthday party, but the man who works in charge of the parties told me that everything was booked for that day, that there was no space, and that the only option was to take any available table in the restaurant and that we couldn't bring any decorations for the table except for the cake. Okay, then some people arrived next to us to have their party, and they brought decorations, balloons, and everything, and this man told us that none of that was allowed. Now, I was there for three hours, and the party rooms were empty, and the tables outside that are for parties were also empty. There were no birthday parties during those three hours I was there. I was so angry. I really don't understand how they give jobs to people like this. This place has only been open for a few months, but with this kind of racist person working there, I don't think it will prosper. I spent a lot of money on the party yesterday on games and food, but I don't think I'll ever go back to this place.
