    want to share my experience at this place. First of all, the atmosphere and the games are very nice for children, which is why I wanted to celebrate my son's birthday there on January 10th, which was yesterday. Of course, I went with my family and some of his friends. What really upset me, and why I'm writing this review, is that my intention was to rent a room for his birthday party, but the man who works in charge of the parties told me that everything was booked for that day, that there was no space, and that the only option was to take any available table in the restaurant and that we couldn't bring any decorations for the table except for the cake. Okay, then some people arrived next to us to have their party, and they brought decorations, balloons, and everything, and this man told us that none of that was allowed. Now, I was there for three hours, and the party rooms were empty, and the tables outside that are for parties were also empty. There were no birthday parties during those three hours I was there. I was so angry. I really don't understand how they give jobs to people like this. This place has only been open for a few months, but with this kind of racist person working there, I don't think it will prosper. I spent a lot of money on the party yesterday on games and food, but I don't think I'll ever go back to this place.

    If I could give this place a negative rating due to poor service, horrible management and lack of communication. I called this place multiple times to book for a big group. They never answered my calls. Proceeded to go on the website to get an inquiry for my group. Never received a confirmation. All of this with David the sales manager, such a disrespectful person. Went in person and was told we had to book 72 hours in advance. Asked where we could find that information. Then proceeds to say “we don’t have that anywhere it’s just our policy” so how are people supposed to know that. Totally do not recommend going to a place that doesn’t stick to the policy available to the public and disrespects their customers.

    Fun for all here. We went on Monday 1/5/26 at 11 when they opened. We were able to enjoy the 2 mini golf courses, rode go karts twice, roller coaster ride twice, and played bowling. We really wanted to try laser tag but unfortunately it was closed until 4, along with another attraction. It would have been great if that was told to us when we walked in. It’s what my kids were really looking forward to. We didn’t play arcade games so I can’t rate those. To take advantage of all attractions, I’d say try going later if this is a common occurrence. Or call ahead of time.

    This experience was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I was assigned a go-kart with a severely low battery, making it dramatically slower than the others. As a result, I was repeatedly passed and hit by other drivers — including children — which was not only frustrating but genuinely embarrassing and unsafe. I reported this issue to an employee during the experience. Their response was dismissive, simply stating that the battery must be low, and they made no effort to fix the problem, replace the kart, or escalate the issue to management. The complete lack of concern or accountability was shocking. After waiting over an hour for this race, receiving faulty equipment and indifferent customer service made the situation even worse. I paid full price for what should have been an equal and safe experience and instead left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and ignored. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through such a poor experience. Until this business takes equipment maintenance and customer concerns seriously, I cannot recommend it. Your response does not reflect what actually happened during my visit or the lack of professionalism and safety enforcement I experienced. I waited over an hour in line only to be placed on a track where basic go-kart rules were ignored. I was repeatedly hit by other drivers, and each impact left me shaken and embarrassed on the track. According to your own rules, drivers who hit others or act recklessly should be removed. That never happened. There was no intervention and no supervision. It was clear that the focus was on pushing people through for money rather than ensuring safety or customer experience. Employees stood by while rules were broken, which completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. I am not asking for reimbursement. I am asking for the experience I paid for and was promised but never received. What I got instead was frustration and humiliation on the track. I expect a clear response on how you intend to make this right.

    I haven’t experienced Malibu jacks yet but this whole party event for my son has been headache. I was emailed to confirm in 72 hours of guest and any changes and I emailed them back. I have called multiple times as well as text them after living multiple messages over the phone. No one respond from the location or sales team. I paid my deposit and had additional questions and concern and no feedback. I was skeptical about this place for someone had the same experience but my son really wanted to go to this location. I haven’t gotten any confirmation for his party from the staff with email time we selected just a thank you for deposit and what they offered at Malibu Jacks and height info. I have additional questions and they have not been answered I have to drive to this location to speak with someone because I have been trying to reach them since Tuesday. I’m so irritated and frustrated.
