From the employee with the attention-to-detail that noticed the nacho cheese cup I grabbed off the shelf was open and kindly replaced with a new warm cheese to the employee that was cleaning near the movie entrance I was walking to and noticed my hands were full, generously stopped what she was doing and offered to open the door for me. On top of the excellent customer service, the large amount of money they spent on upgrading.. absolutely worth it. Seats are comfortable and tables are convenient + perfect size for all snacks. From when I was in high school, this theater has come along way and is definitely worth the visit. They truly outdid themselves.

HOWEVER, The wait time for popcorn and snacks is always to the door. Spending over 30 minutes in line is crazy! Honestly, that’s the only downside to this location. Either make sure you have a mobile order ready for pick up before the movie or risk missing the first parts of the movie you are watching.

Nothing, i have 2 little kids with me and came out to ask for them to just turn the lights off and on 6 times on us... still nothing on the screen. This is terrible
- JVJose VillarrealDec 25, 20254.0We stopped going to Tinseltown for years in favor of Pharr. But the renovations to the auditorium have us going back. Love the reclined heated seats and the tray. Concession stand area needs work. They get busy and the wait can be lengthy. Staff needs to do better maintaining the garbage disposal. Often times the trash cans are overflowing and it looks bad.
