First off why do I need to present ID to see a movie. I'm not buying a beer I'm trying to get my movie tickets. Second off what's the point of arcade machines if they don't even work. Of course they can take money but can't give it back. And then they force you to call for refund. Workers are petty and have terrible attitudes. Not to mention how god awful the place looks they do the bare minimum of keeping the place nice. Awful experience, awful movie theater, and terrible customer service if I could give this place a 0/5 stars and a petition to demolish and replace it with something worth of value I would. Don't own a place if you can't bother to take feedback and fix your mistakes.

Why sell tickets for that time if you're going to lock the doors? I definitely won't come back to this theater again.
- RRRafael ReyesOct 5, 20251.0I just left the cinema after being rejected entry. This bigger guy at the booth, didn’t allow my sister and I to watch Demon Slayer due to her age which I understand. But I as her brother, I’m 27 years old, I am as a guardian to her, I even help out parents out and take her/pick her up from school often, but he insisted it has to be a legal guardian, and even talked down on me as if I didn’t know what a legal guardian was. I understood but very disappointed, I get it’s a rated R movie and all, but it’s a animated series, and I’m 27 years old, I count as a guardian/ adult to be with her as she watches. I’ve never had this issue elsewhere. Adult supervision should be enough. Just disappointed. The place was beyond dead, makes me wonder and understand why.
