  Lmfao.... cant believe they started charging like if it was a 5 star theater jajajajajaja I used to go all the time when it was couple dollars but I of course just drive couple more miles to tinsletwon

  larger than average woman with piercings refused service to me and my friends due to the fact we weren’t blood related and she also was very rude to my mom for no apparent reason.

  I usually prefer coming here since it’s less packed but man every time I’ve come these employees have an attitude. It’s mainly this emo girl with light pink/reddish hair. I was standing at the counter for maybe a minute or two before they paused their conversation to actually talk to me— a paying customer mind you. While the other girl refilled my drink the same pink haired emo girl was closing the box and it was barely 8 something. She told the other girl “don’t let them buy anything anymore.” Didn’t know they closed so early- but knowing how she is they probably don’t. This employee is the same one who was making faces to my younger sisters a couple months ago when I brought them to watch Lilo & Stitch because she couldn’t believe they were under 11 since they are taller and a little chubby. They’re children and you don’t get paid to judge their bodies/looks. I don’t appreciate her judgement and this place needs someone new in charge if they want more returning customers.

  They need to bring this place down and replace it already. Awful service and place is dead. There's no soul in this movie theater. First off why do I need to present ID to see a movie. I'm not buying a beer I'm trying to get my movie tickets. Second off what's the point of arcade machines if they don't even work. Of course they can take money but can't give it back. And then they force you to call for refund. Workers are petty and have terrible attitudes. Not to mention how god awful the place looks they do the bare minimum of keeping the place nice. Awful experience, awful movie theater, and terrible customer service if I could give this place a 0/5 stars and a petition to demolish and replace it with something worth of value I would. Don't own a place if you can't bother to take feedback and fix your mistakes.
