They had issues and changed the theater it was being shown in that day and the ticket dude sent over half the people to the wrong theater. He just looked at the ticket instead of the schedule. Some people had gone to ask if we were in the right one and the staff said no and had sent them to the right one but just let the rest of the people he sent to the wrong one wait it out until the wrong movie had started. Some of my party came late to the movie (after all of us had finally moved to the right place) and they were STILL sent to the wrong auditorium (after so many people came to ask and he directed them to the right theater) and they only knew which to go to since I had texted them. Its just blatant lack of care by the staff. They were even annoyed that so many people came to check, Because of them we missed all the previews and special features that come with movie re-releases and by the time most of the people actually got to the right auditorium 20 mins had past and most of us missed the beginning of the movie. We did talk to the assistant manager who was aware of the problem and gave us and two other people comp tickets but it still was just a terrible experience. So many people should have gotten comp tickets due to the staff just not caring where they were sending people even though it was a known issue. I understand it was late and I understand that people shut their brain off at work but we were excited for this and paid money for it. All that needed to be done was for the staff or manager to go to the auditorium and own up to the mistake and let people know that they were accidentally sent to the wrong theater but for them to let us sit and think we are in the right place and STILL send people to the wrong one after its been established that the movie was no longer in it is just messed up. Im glad my comp tickets work anywhere else bc I genuinely never want to come back to this theater after this experience.
