- WHWillow Huddleston1 day ago1.0I went here to see "Wicked: For Good" tonight for their non-3 after having gone here a few times before and having decent experiences. something inside the theater started malfunctioning, they were saying it was a CO2 canister being full and needing to be replaced or something. I honestly have no clue what it is but for about 30 minutes the beeping was going off, it sounded like a fire alarm except much quieter, and it gave me a migraine. I won't be going back here again. I have sensory issues due to my disability, so it was very distressing to me, and employees couldn't agree on what the issue even was. I expect a refund, I hope I get one. I won't be coming here again. Ridiculous

- VCValo CampoNov 1, 20255.0I came here to see the Dan Da Dan movie and our theatre group experienced a weird issue where the film was unavailable to be played in that theatre room. The way the staff handled it was very pleasant! They offered us to get refunds for our snacks and drinks. They also had us go to the ticket booth to receive another ticket that we could use to see a different movie or the same movie as a different time or theatre. Although it may have been disappointing to not see the movie that day, the way they handled the whole situation was really professional! I ended up seeing the movie there a week later and had a great time.
