  We visit this theater often to watch movies, but we’ve noticed that the air conditioning is not being turned on during showtimes. In Texas weather, this is very uncomfortable and shouldn’t be the case. Even during our last visit on Sunday for the 1:50 PM show, the situation was the same. We kindly request that this issue be addressed.

  The seating was great, snacks pricey, but it is the movies, Show was awesome " Project Hail Mary" in the middle of movie we experienced a glitch in sound . no sound for a few mins and lights flicked on and off a few times .. Seats are great ! Clean

  I am here today to watch a 10:00 pm show at screen 12. Air conditioning is literally off here.. people can feel the temperature is high and getting too hot. No air circulation. We have been looking for someone to complain. Unfortunately don’t see anyone here. The show is so long barely able to sit for half time here.

  I visited on a Saturday evening. The QR code for the gift card voucher saved on my phone wasn't recognized at the self-service ticketing kiosks, so I ended up purchasing my ticket at the main box office. The area around the concession stand was somewhat chaotic, and the tables hadn't been cleared; however, since these are self-service tables, I attribute this to a lack of consideration on the part of the patrons rather than the staff. Still, it's a bit disappointing. Inside the theater itself, however—with its spacious and clean seating—I was extremely satisfied. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to watch a Korean film, and I hope to see many more Korean movies screened here in the future.
